Absolutely Disgusting Bank
Hold on to ya money they charge way to much £12.50 month n they stopped my money benefits universal credits iv had no food for two days n needing my medication but I have to eat with it n they keep fobbing me off saying they looking into it...all I want is my own money I'm entitled to

I Sold Some Stuff I No Longer Needed On Facebook,
I sold some stuff I no longer needed on Facebook, thay stoped my card frozen my account so I counted get access, told me to go home and take photos of what I'm selling, send it to them, then told me that thay could do what thay want and stol my money and said we are not a bank we are a on line service and we can do what we want...
SO PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD,,,YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY AND GET TOLD TO TAKE PHOTOS AND SCREEN SHOTS AND THEN THAY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO. BE WARNED.

The worst bank I have dealt with and they harass you by phoning you with requests for information that is absolutely irrelevant. I had a lucky escape and am glad I will not be using them in the future ever again.

Do Not Ever Create An Account With Them
If I can prevent one person reading this review from signing up for an account, then the time I wasted to write this review has been worth it.
DO NOT EVER SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. Cardonemoney is a online banking company with unreachable customer service that you have to pay for (you have to pay for their time on the phone with you).
this isn't even about the high fees they charge. My experience is about the difficulty I had in accessing my money after having an account with them for 2 years.
they are using multiple types of schemes to make it difficult to access your account so they can continue to earn interest in the money that is being held in your account. long waits for customer service, website not working at times, and changing the way to login in to make it more difficult to get into your account.
I was having issues with accessing my account because all of a sudden the online login asked for 2 step authentication but I never received any info for setting this up so it sent me in an endless loop of not being able to access the account. When I called customer service to try to get set up properly so i can start accessing my account, I was asked all my personal info including company email, address, name, date of birth, account number and still did not authenticate me to give me access. Then they literally stopped answering my calls. I can’t believe this was happening. When I called the next day to try to get a different rep, the person literally hung up on me, I tried to call several times and no answer. This is their main customer service number and I could not believe this was how they were addressing me not being able to access my account.
At this point I realized so I sent them a threatening message letting them know that I would be pursuing legal action.
It was only after I threatened to sue and blast their behavior on the internet someone finally gave me my account access so I could get my money out as fast as I could and never have to deal with them again.
They use to be cardonebanking and changed to caronemoney. think about it. they have no banking rules and protection being offered to the customer so they didn't want to be liable and changed the "banking" part of their name to "money".
The bottom of the site mentions this:
The CardOneMoney current account is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Got as far as ordering the card which duly arrived.
Upon reading the reviews, I have decided not to activate the card or continue this any further.
The first clue should've been the 11 pence a minute phone line that you have to ring. What business uses 0871 phone lines nowadays?
Seriously folks, read the reviews and then make a decision. But my advice is, save yourself a lot of heartache and AVOID!

My Experience With Cardonebanking Business Account
Dear CEO of CardOneBanking and Head of Banking Services
Forgive me for my English. I was not born here. Hope your potential customers will understand, and I have no care in the world if you will.
I am the owner of a business and I have a story to tell.
The story is about UK entrepreneurs and UK financial institutions.
This story is about me and you.
On June 19th, 2014 the sum of about 70000 Euros, paid by my African client, reached Cardonebanking.
The payment was just a small deposit towards the production of customised office telecom equipment.
It took me a few months to bring the clients to a decision. It took us ( me, the factory, IT teams and the client) 6 months to put the whole project together. Samples, testing, coordinating everyone involved in Asia, Africa, and Europe. It took my client and his bank months to get hard-currency to make the payment. Hard job Mr. CEO You must try one day.
On June 19th, 2014 someone from your "bank' called me and told me that the payment will be returned to the payer. Why? Mr. CEO. ?
It is your "bank". Maybe it was a money laundry? or maybe drugs? Was my company not big enough? not the right turnover? or maybe some other lunatic idea icame to the mind of your employer, who decided to just return the payment after he received the copies of the invoices and 100s of emails exchanged between me and my client.
Who cares about the customer? Who gives you right to ask for all the information? Your employee didn't even know the meaning of " Proforma Invoice" Who gives you the right to make me send you all the confidential papers and then you send the money back before the last document was even received. Was the idiot who ruined months of hard work of many people trained by you? Was he trained at all?
Just last question Mr. CEO of Cardonebanking. ( before anyone accuses me rightly of being out of line and unprofessional)
The payment was returned on June 19th. It is July 4th and the money have not reached my client. Your "bank" refused to send me a payment advise
Can you then please kindly tell me: Where are the f money Mr. CEO?

On The 29th March I Went To A Atm Machine A Place
On the 29th March I went to a atm machine a place where I would normally get money out off. On this occasion I put my pin number in and waited for the money for 5 minutes. No money came out could not understand why. The shop owner range the people who told me that it will be sorted and I would get my money back. When I range card one banking to inform them I was told the investigation will take 45 days. I have never felt so stress I ask for a reference number so I would not have to keep on explaining my self they declined to give me one. Ask for a letter stating for them to tell me what steps will they take for this problem. They have not kept me informed at all. I have worked so hard. And I felt very disappointed and upset with what has happened to me. Never in my life have I ever experienced this. A bank is meant to keep you informed with something like this. I have to say thank God for my sister who is my strength I still can't believe this has happened to me they have no compassion and they do not care. Very said to say

If you are after a bank that will give you non stop nightmares, this is were you should open an account.
It took me ages to get the account open, than I got funds wich they blocked cause the beneficiary name was slightly wrongly spelled.
I opened with them cause I thought I'll have an account up and running in no time, wich was vital to me because we were in a hurry, instead I'm stuck with a bank that doesn't stop excusing themselves "we are no bank"

I've opened an account my payment was meant to clear today and still haven't gone in. What should I do?
I'm really struggling to get into my online banking. I have my new password and username, I'm putting it in correctly. But when I type the text it is not coming up in the boxes and its not my phone because on login page there is search bar and it types words in fine in that. What can I do to get me on it as I'm not happy that I can't access it.

It will arrive quicker. However in my view the account is rubbishy and you should consider think money instead . Look at the charges
