Headmasters, Epsom

I had booked colour 6 weeks earlier. I booked my appointment for the day before I was to return to Australia and on turning up for my appointment I was told I needed a patch test 48 hours before my colour. I understand why they must now be doing this but why didn't they ring me as I could have come in days earlier for the test? I was more than happy to sign a waiver but all they did was send me away quite dismissively without any attempt to offer me this alternative. I consider their "customer service" to be non existent.

I got a brunette colouring and trim, the colour is fine, not what I asked for but it looks fine, the cut however, is horrendous. The framing around my face looks as if someone has chopped it with a knife and the back is no where near even. I could of done better myself. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning or recommending to friends.

As this was my day off work I had a hair appointment today for a wash and blow dry, I parked in the car park in the council offices got to my appointment for 9.45 and was told my stylist was off sick and there were no other stylists available to do my hair until later in the day, I told the receptionist nobody phone me to cancel the appointment and was told head office were meant to phone me. Thet saloon had my phone number so I don't know why they did phone me, It was so unprofessional the way this has been handled and I will not bother going back to Headmasters.

Went to epsom salon for a walk in blow dry. 42 pounds later after telling the stylist who said she was 7 yrs qualified..,...how I wanted my hair blow dried. Very simple instructions. I look worse than when I went in. Could have done better myself. I often have walk in blow dries. However never at headmasters epsom. And after a friend raved about wimbledon thought I'd give it a go. Never again!

Having moved to the Lindale area 3 years ago, I was concerned about finding a person who could do an excellent job in cutting my strawberry blond hair. It has only been in the last six months that I discovered that salon...Headmasters of Lindale, TX.that knows hair technic, style, & looks.

"Wow, that is the finest haircut you have had in years," exclaimed my bride. Others in my family have commented on the fine looks of the haircut. Sooooo...I'm a happy customer.

Terrible display of bullying I have ever seen in Epsom salon. older stylist was very rude and done nothing but bully a younger girl. the young person being bullied, such a lovely tiny girl very smart very polite. and was what I could see working very hard. I have since found out that the young girl is an apprentice, older women a stylist. the young girl was almost brought to tears. other members of staff found it amusing that this girl was being spoken to in this way. Wasn't they all apprentices before the older ones got to big for there boots. disgusting and heart-breaking for us customers to see and watch. No man management skills. it was also obvious the older person doing the bulling don't like the young lady she said so to another member of staff and to give it time she will get her sacked.

I am always pleased after my visit to Headmasters in Epsom. The manager always makes an excellent job of my hair. He certainly knows his job.

Went in November and had the most gorgeous hair cut by Ivie. She listened to what I wanted, talked me through how she was going to do it and made sure I was totally happy. I strongly recommend a cut and/or colour by Ivie. So by Saturday I was feeling desperate and two babies under two so weekends are a good time for hubby to look after kids while I get hair cut. Booked a stand by appointment, unfortunately NOT with Ivie. Seemed like stand by stylist listened but when I walked out it looked terrible!! Phoned to ask for help and they booked me back in with store manager. They were wonderful!! My hair is now beautiful again! I strongly recommend Headmasters Epsom. Make sure you get some one at least mid level to do it though!!

Went in and wanted ombre highlights- and I got black hair with thin white streaks you couldn't see!! Then the girl ran of when I said I hated it! Not even an apology! Rude staff, disgusting service and to top it of the water was freezing cold as there heater wasn't working!!

The one experience I have of this hairdressers is terrible. I wanted a trim with some layers. I was given a trainee hairdresser without being told and whilst paying the standard price. I have a side parting and the subtle layers I requested where very noticeable. The front had a large chunk of hair cut much shorter than the rest, it was horrible. I ended up in the hair dressers across the road in tears being told that it was impossible to undo the damage without cutting my long hair to shoulder length or clipping the chunk of hair back everyday. When I complained and went back in they pretty much just shrugged their shoulders said they would try and blend it in slightly. They refused to give my my money back and made me feel very uncomfortable. It took two years until my hair was back to normal. Terrible cut and terrible service. I recommend going to Prive in Leatherhead were I have always been 100% happy.
