I really have no complaints at all with dream car finance. Martins customer service was superb. He was helpful and took time to go through things with me. This resulted in the whole proces being easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this company to friends/ family.

even though i had bad credit rating martin at dream car finance helped me out by finding finance for within a couple of days he even tried to help finding the appropiate car i had no trouble finding my own car and once the car details were passed on to martin to check everything was good the finance was paid to the show room within 2 days followed by a phone call from them. All paper work was done via email without delay martin also rang me at regular intervals to check and let me know how things were going i again say thank you to martin for all his help

I have nothing but praise for Martin. I had various credit problems in the past and never thought anyone would be able to get me car finance. How wrong was I, after having a 15 minutes chat with Martin he took all the details he needed and the next day gave me a call to let me know he got me approval and I had to find a car from a dealer of my choice. The whole process was seamless and no matter how many times I emailed Martin he responded promptly and followed up with a call to ease any concerns I had. I cannot recommend this company enough, the customer service is second to none. If you are looking for a car on finance do not hesitate to give Martin a call as you can be assured he will do the best he can and along the way provide excellent customer service, other finance companies could do well to learn a lot from Martin. After being turned down a few times and about to give up we tried dream car finance, we made things hard for them as we wanted a very specific car but Martin was very helpful and patient the search was long but we got the car my daughter wanted in the end. Without Martin and dream car finance this would not of happend. I would recommend them in a heartbeat !!!

I had been trying to arrange car finance and as someone who has a Bad Credit History it was a difficult thing to do.

I came across Dream Car Finance and made an application online with them. I received a telephone call back and all the available options were discussed with me. This included considering a Guarantor in order to reduce the amount of interest I would pay.

The whole process was very quick and easy, including signing the forms and processing the application. I was kept up to date at all times and felt that I could ask any questions I needed to ask and be confident they would be answered honestly. I sent a lot of emails asking questions and clarifying things. They were all answered very quickly, despite the fact that Dream Car Finance were in the middle of a move.

Dream Car Finance was also there for me on the day I went to pick up the car. Unfortunately the dealer had mixed things up and told me that the money was not cleared. I called up Martin and he got everything sorted out for me. The money had in fact cleared but the dealer was looking for the wrong amount.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to find finance. If you would like to be treated in a friendly and professional manner then this is the best place to go. They are a rare example of how customer services should be done.

After thinking about getting a new car for a while I eventually decided to try and get my finance sorted before going out to look at cars. I have a really good credit history so thought about going to my bank for a personal loan but they had annoyed me recently by constantly pestering me to see if I wanted a loan / credit card / mortgage... you name it, they bombarded me with info on it! In the past I've always just automatically gone to the bank and expected they'd give me the best deal around, Dream Car Finance have proven that this is not always the case! I know am wondering how much money i could have saved in the past by not just going to the bank!

I made an application online late one night and didn't really know what to expect. They don't ask for too much detail so felt happier about that!

The next morning my advisor (Dan) rang me, he was very helpful, considerate and always came across as genuine. He was a great help in explaining differences between the types of loans (personal and hire purchase) and got me an amazing deal (better than the high street bank by a long way!).

It was a very easy process, once i was approved I had a look for a car, found a couple, Dan gave me lots of info about how well priced the cars were etc and then I settled on one.

Dan then did all the work for me, spoke to the car dealer and got everything fully approved, gave me a really detailed quote, no rushing or pushing, just really good honest info.

The documents were sent to my email, i printed them off, sent them back signed with a couple of things (Driving Licence) and that was it! A couple of days later i picked up the car without any hassle or fuss.

Once again, thanks Dan for all your efforts! It's been a really nice experience dealing with a company where i truely believe customer service comes first! If you want a friendly personal service give these guys a try... they're not just for people with poor credit either!

After reading all the negative reviews of other company’s, dream car finance popped up and the reviews were great. I was still dubious as you would be! Anyhow, i contacted them and was greeted by a friendly voice who took all the details. After a few emails back and two we had chosen a vehicle. Martin then came back to us with some prices. We then went to view the vehicle; we left a small deposit on the vehicle. Came home, got the insurance sorted and sent off all the ID proofs and the garage were paid pretty fast and we were able to collect the vehicle.

You are able to choose most garages to purchase your vehicle. It's not one of those places where you can only choose from garages the finance company own, either. There were a few restrictions as to the age and mileage of the vehicle that you could choose, and we was particular as to what we wanted (in fact, we were set in stone as to what we wanted) and we found it from a garage on eBay.

Give them a try, you may be surprised - even if you were turned down by somebody else, these may be able to help.

I was expecting difficulty getting car finance with a less than perfect credit score and by being in a DMP. Having been let down by the usual high street lenders I searched on the internet, Dream Car Finance had very good reviews, so I called them. Right from the off Martin had a very good manner and guided me through the application process, between us agreeing on the finance required and the size and length of the terms. After being accepted by a lender Martin then guided me through the vehicle criteria to make the higher purchase viable for the finance company. I found the vehicle that I was looking for and Dream Car Finance did the rest with the car dealer. They made it easy for me, I would definitely recommend Dream Car Finance to anyone looking for car credit with less than perfect credit history, thanks again.

Martin was the ultimate professional,knowledgable and considerate in every way.

We had a few problems to start with in order to get all proofs to meet the criteria, but working away caused the delays, no doubt this wait time would have been decreased if I had access to all my personal details to hand, but at the end of the day Martin came good and secured the finance for me with very little difficulty.

Anybody reading this review,that has had issues with credit before, do not hesitate to contact Dream Car Finance,they will endaevour to source the package to suit you.

Getting my loan could not have been any easier! Dan sorted everything with the finance for me. I went to see a few cars, Dan was understanding about me being picky, but when i made up my mind he checked everything out to do with the cars history and that was very reassuring. The forms were sent to me at home, there was no rush or pressure and I was given lots of help with answers to a few questions I had. The paperwork was very simple overall! I sent it all back and a couple of days later I had my lovely car... I could not be happier :-)

You always know how good a company are by their overall customer service and I was really really well looked after! Dan even went to the trouble of calling me 2 weeks later just to check I was happy with the car, not to offer me any "additional products" like most other people! Their aftersales therefore was really nice, very personal.

I would recommend Dream Car Finance to anybody, give them a go... they'll look after you!
