Do not buy from Chinabuye. I bought a phone from them for $150. It took 60 days to arrive thus negating the option of getting your money back through Paypal. It lasted a week and then kept stalling, then turning itself off and even turning itself on. I would have to take out the battery to make it boot every time. It was doing this up to 20 times a day.

Chinabuye completely ignored me. This has happened to thousands of buyers from reading various forums. I cannot afford to lose that much money because I am a pensioner. Last week the phone went in the rubbish,

On September 22, 2013 I orderer and PAYED the item (Simple Casual Round Dial Men's Quartz Wrist Watch - White/Black Dial). The order number is 100456378. I can not even communicate with CHINABUYE.COM because the order is older than 3 months. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

Chinabuye is an online wholesaler/retailer. They do not manufacture the items they advertise. They instead pass on orders to the companies in the Chinese manufacturing zones who choose to affiliate themselves with the company. I have seen exactly the same item advertised on Chinabuye available on Ebay offered diectly from the manufacturer in the Chinese zone. This is why when a defective or misrepresented or damaged item is received, their customer response is atrocious. They will not assume the cost of return postage nor will they ever offer a refund. Any dispute through PAYPAL requires the purchaser to pay for return postage which can be astronomical and problematic if there is no confirmation of receiving the returned item and no refund of the return postage. The bottom line is be prepared to toss some of your purchases in the garbage and absorb your loss. This has happened to me a number of times with both defective and misrepresented purchases. In balance; however, I consider myself just barely ahead of the game because some of my high end electronics purchases have proven to be excellent quality and amazing value while others are pure garbage. My most recent and my last ever electronics purchase from this company was a HD-A95 DIGITAL VIDEO CAMERA RECORDER advertised as having a 16X OPTICAL ZOOM LENS. The item was a piece of garbage and a complete misrepresentation by the manufacturer as to its specifications. No optical zoom as an example. The best the company could offer me was a $10 credit on my account. When it comes to a purchase from Chinabuye it is essentially a game of craps. You roll the dice and you take your chances. Be prepared to be very badly disappointed and to write off your money if your not one of the lucky ones. With respect to high end purchases such as electronics, I will stick with Amazon or Ebay from now on.

I have purchased from chinabuye and the experience was pleasant.They have warranties on the products they sell with global shipping for free(thought that was sweet)and seems like that is hard to find nowdays.They are all about quality,customer service,and good deals.They are customer oriented and will do anything to set things right with customers if they have a problem.Products are tested scrutinously to ensure quality and padded before shipping.Overall I would have to say that I just love this site.I would recommend them to anyone and would purchase more from them in the future without a second thought.

I had a very positive experience with chinabuye.com. I ordered many products including a smartphone, Tablet and electronic cigarette and all of them were shipped for free and reached in time in perfect condition.

I also enjoyed the discount I got on my first purchase! With that being said, the product I bought also qualified for a mail in rebate to the manufacture of the product so I called their customer support to make sure that they products they ship out come in the factory box so I could get the UPC code.

I am very happy/impressed with my purchase so far! If I come across any problems for the 2nd half of my order I will report back.

UPDATE* I ordered the other product a couple weeks after the first and had the same great experience! I didn't have any issues with the mail in rebates either. Satisfied! :)

Take great care when you are buying not only this site but in any other, I let it go 45 days and not to block the payment thinking the site was reliable. Now I'm here without Cellular and without my money back.

ChinaBuye is huge disappointment not only for consumers but for dropship clients as well. They never return your money if you pay them, and if I say never it explicitely means even the situation, if the product is sold out and they're not able to dispatch the order. They offer you some ridiculous offers like % discount for order over $15 or to pick another item (however almost all the time there's nothing similar to formerly ordered item). If some shipment is lost, they never refund you, the same situation is with damaged products. Their 30 days Money back guarantee is simply lie. I advise all consumers/dropshippers to avoid chinabuye - the so called 'online shop', if you want to receive what you have ordered. All of these positive reviews are of course fake, just check the english and you'll recognize it.

I love this site, and I not believe the lack of bad reviews on this site ! my countrymen lot of shopping on this site ! they are my friends had never experienced anything bad with this site, as I am told they are satisfied this site !
