Excellent On All Points
I had arranged a follow up to help me navigate through my new Q3 Audi detailed instruction and was given a hands on tutorial from one of the staff which cleared up any confusions. Not only that, but my rear tyre which had picked up a nail was replaced free of charge - to my amazed gratitude. Never seen service or efficiency like this anywhere else! Full marks!

Report a fault by phone after service, bring it in as soon as I can - as agreed by phone, am told they have no record of my telephone conversation.
Final payment had just gone through. Had not been offered any further warranty
So the £2700+ fault (turbo charger) is suddenly my bill.
I’d never ever recommend this car dealership to anyone. Not even to my worst enemy.
The hint for writing a review is asking what I liked and what I didn’t.
Liked - absolutely nothing
Disliked - feeling let down and feeling tricked by what I thought was a reputable company.

Sharp Practice. Not Trustworthy.
As Northfield Garage, this was an excellent dealer. Sadly, Inchcape seem to have installed a Spiv management regime that is focused on taking you for as much as they can. They told me I needed new tyres when I did not. They wanted £200 above the going rate for those tyres. They told me I needed work done on the car that did not need doing. Disgusting attitude from service advisors when I declined additional work. Product knowledge is almost non-existant and everything is grotesquely overpriced. Avoid this rancid dealership if you can.

Fantastically Efficient Every Time I Contact Them
A few months ago the coating on my numberplate started to come off leaving the plate looking tatty and dirty. Having bought the Audi at Tetbury they offered to give me brand new plates at no cost at all AND only a few days after I reported the issue which was wonderful.
More recently, I was quoted £290 for a full inspection service at another Audi centre (that's with a 10% discount), so I thought I'd contact Tetbury Audi on the off-chance they'd be able to do something better.
They did not disappoint.
I spoke to a lady in the service team who was superbly helpful from the start, offering me a fantastic deal on a service. Furthermore and without me having to ask she calculated a service plan quote for me to help me save money on my future services and called me back to discuss it with me. When I wasn't able to answer the phone she emailed me personally with the details which is very convenient for me during work hours! She was more than happy to exchange emails with me to answer all my questions.
The whole process with Tetbury Audi - from buying the car to servicing it - has been brilliant. I will absolutely go to them in the future.

Tetbury Audi Sales Dept Do Not Reply To Emails
I was after a new Audi and have contacted Tetbury Audi several times.
They are obviously doing really well because I have had no replies after initial promises to get on to it straight away.
I get that you probably have a lot of people that just 'enquire' but surley you have to take every enquiry seriously!

Be Careful Buying From Audi Tetebury
Not impressed with this showroom it may be a glamourous within however all that glitters certainly isn`t gold especially in relation to teh service from teh sales staff. The sales staff have very little authority to make decisions constantly having to refer to some individual behind a screen which is impersonal and these days unprofessional. They offer insulting low offers for part exchange vehicles i.e. well below trade value and then again with regards to discounts again they don`t offer any on purchase so they want to benefit from teh part exchange and the sale with the customer just expected to accept that. When it comes to the actual negotiation my experience was that they turned from friendly and helpful to an agressive take it or leave it attitude, as a result I decided to purchase from BMW who were far more helpful in approach it`s put me off Audi for life. No thanks to Audi Tetbury

Only Experience Is Of Them Is For Servicing My Car
Only experience is of them is for servicing my car. I have found the front of house staff to be polite and friendly directing you to the correct person. They have dealt with me efficiently and depositing the car has been an easy process .This is followed up with a call advising me of work that needs to be undertaken, advise on priority should I not wish to undertake all the work and advise on cost and timescale. This is followed up with further phone call advising me of the work being complete and agreeing a time to collect the car. Extended opening hours assist in the delivery and collection of my car.
The coffee is pretty good too

I Had A Problem With My Tt - Other Dealers Palmed
I had a problem with my TT - Other dealers palmed me off.
Tetbury Audi took me seriously, took time to udnerstand the fault, traced it an and have now rectified it - fantastic.
