I visited the showroom today after dealing with them Bryan over the phone. The salesman himself couldn't have been more helpful and polite and made the process so quick and easy. We walked out happy with our new car and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Asked for keys to car I liked the look of,got them,got a test drive,did the paperwork and it took less than 6 days to complete,salesman Johnny was no hard sell guy,and didn't put me under pressure at any time,happy with my new used car

tried buying a car but kept getting told it was sold and then it was back on there website when enquired again was told gearbox is gone, even though the vehicle is still advertised on there website, also was getting told someone will ring me back but no phone calls all the time i was making a attempt to call them but was told the individual was with customer every single time. when i did screw and he came on the phone straight away even though i was told his busy. what a bunch of idiots!!! they literally dont care.

bough a used runabout came with "30day/1000mile" basic cover the car broke down after 640 miles but according to evans its not covered they claim the cover is 30 days or 1000 miles which ever comes first.they did not say anything like this when I was buying the car how very convenient for them.

I do not trust them

I bought Fiat Panda from Evanshalshaw Falkirk last year in Aug 2016 with 6 months' MOT on it. I was told there were no advisories on it, however, I just got my vehicle serviced and MOT failed. I had to replace two shock absorbers and these alone cost me £220 (inc VAT). I was told it is unlikely shock absorbers are worn so badly within 6 months especially when I drive so carefully and so they must have been in a bad condition when the vehicle was sold to me. I wish Evanshalshaw would have told about this to me when I purchased the vehicle. Feeling disappointed!!!

Appointment was made to discuss the sale and on arrival was told to wait 20-30 minutes. Terrible customer service. Went in looking to negotiate a 8700 corsa down for a cash buy, was told that it was the cheapest of its kind within 60 miles and there was no possibility for movement on the price, went to the garage next door (Arnold Clark) and got one for considerably less with over 3000 less miles and a much more pleasant experience overall.

Went through to this garage to look at a car for my son,was advised to come back the next day for a test drive. I called at 12 to arrange test drive for 3 and asked for them to build a deal for me and call me back, NO ! Phone call! My son went at 3 test drove it,only after they jump started it from the car next to it,and informed them I was still awaiting my phone call regarding the deal they were building,at that point he was advised that someone was just off the phone from Ayr interested in it,he again said to call me to sort the deal and payment.on his return I called the branch,no answer!was directed back to the main switch board who took a message for them to call me.at 6pm I recived a call to say!bad news,car sold! Going to WREXHAM! What happened to Ayr? But could they find me another car? Absolutely not!,, what a what to conduct buisness,especially when I had called at 12 to get everything in place! If I had taken the time to review this garage,I would have noticed a gentleman telling the same story as me! Don't waste your time with this garage! Totally unprofessional! Who I would have left no stars foe,except for the fact,you cannot proceed with your review unless you leave at least one! NIL POINTS! EVANS HALSHAW ,FALKIRK!

Went to veiw a car on thursday afternoon, filthy condition battery dead, so could not test etc,arranged with salesman to test drive , said he would call sat am when car was ready,he called thursday evening , quite late, said car was cleaned up etc would i like come down sat, i said ok call me sat am and ill pop down, he calls sat 1.30 ish the car is sold would you like to look at another, I could not believe my ears, i complained to the sales manager who couldnt care less,I have used some dodgy garages over the years but this beats them all,, avoid at all cost,not to be trusted.

We bought a car from here on Tuesday were told the car would be ready on Thursday then had a call to say it wouldn't be ready until Monday obviously we were not happy about this so called again bt had no explanation of why the car was not ready then had a call today Saturday the car is ready and they would deliver it to our home only to get a call to say it would come at 5pm then say 5.30 pm it's now 7pm and still no sign I would never recommend this company to anyone p.s going to show room tomorrow speak to manager again

Bought a 14 sri corsa in yellow 14 plate salesmans down to earth no hidden costs good price full tank of fuel been to loads of dealerships over the years and would go back sales guy was peter falkirk branch thanks jm
