Saw a nice Qashqai on LMC web site,just what we were looking for and the price was perfect,phoned them up and arranged to go and view and test drive.J was very helpful and not pushy also he makes a good cup of coffee.More room inside than we thought and the boot a good size.Bought it and are now enjoying it.

From the moment I emailed enquiringly about a car I was treated as a valued customer.
The staff are friendly, approachable and honest. The car I wanted to view was ready for me and we were left alone to look around it without the glare of a pushy salesman. The staffs attitude is relaxed and welcoming which makes a difference from the overbearing sales patter you sometimes find.
I test drove the car the following week ( this Saturday 7/1/17) and it was clean, fully valeted and waiting for me. Once I decided to purchase the car the sale was quick, professional and smooth.

I bought an Audi from this dealership hoping i'd get what was advertised. I came to view the car and expected to test drive but I was unable to test drive due to the car not being moved out. I had to return on an alternative day to test drive the car. The salesman was quite pushy with the sale. He did not reduce the price of the car at all and I paid the asking price hoping I was getting what was advertised. I purchased the car and later realised the navigation is missing the disc which operates it. I called the dealership to which I was told they don't have to supply it and to call back the next day. I called back and was told they'll check to see if they can get hold of it. I waited a couple of days and called back I got told they couldn't find it but are trying to sort it out and they'll call me again I heard nothing for a week. I called again to which I was told they don't supply them and it wasn't false advertisement as the cars come like that but it clearly states on the ad it has satellite navigation. I agree with previous reviews stating customer after care needs improving.

From start to finish our experience was brilliant with Leeds Motor Company - Commercial Road.
Found the vehicle online and went along to test drive. The sales man K was very welcoming as you would expect.
I took the vehicle out and noticed straight away that the pads were grating and that there was a rattle from the O/S wheel.
I made K aware of this noise and said that it would be sorted for me.
I made my wife go along the following day so that she could test drive, seeing as she would be the main user. She also noticed the issues. She mentioned it and K said it would be sorted again. We completed the finance and waited for the vehicle to be MOT'd and PDI'd prior to pick up (15/7/16).
A day prior to pick up we decided to take another test drive to make fully sure considering we were parting with 10K.
At the same time I had checked a website to see if the vehicle had passed its MOT cleanly or not. It had failed the MOT on just bulbs, but I noticed several issues noted as advisories and they had continued from the previous owner.

I pointed these out to K and true to his word, he had sorted the advisories out as well. Meaning that he had handed over a near perfect vehicle. Not a single scratch anywhere to be seen, not even a trolley dink.
We were suitably impressed at this level of service and with K.
The only negative, if it could be seen as a negative, was that there was no fuel in the vehicle. But in the grand scheme of the purchase that was nothing. I would much rather buy a vehicle knowing that all its little issues and niggles have been rectified, rather than be calling again and again and again or having repairs shortly after ownership.
K is a nice man to deal with and being both Yorkshiremen we hit it off and understood each other's humour.
My wife and I are pleased to have bought our vehicle from K and the Leeds Motor Company.
I drive a cab in Leeds and often ferry people from the train station to this site and have often been told they are nice people to deal with.
Now I know this first hand and will be passing on those comments and of mine to anyone who asks in future for a reputable, trustworthy and decent garage.
Rarely do you come across people who you can imperically trust, K is one of those who you can trust implicitly.
