I would not even bother as all the cars have dodgy breaks. They lie about how many owners on the car. (Check log book if they let u) they keep promising to fix and all now waiting. The so call manager likes to tell u yeh il get on to it. MAKE SURE U GET YOUR MOT LOOKED OVER AS MINE HAD BREAK ISSUEs and they like to say there mot is protection but my car had no disc and break and they was both gone but I still had a fresh mot how? I paid 17000 on a car what I was told had one owner then when the log book come it had 3 owners with me on the car

I’m now applying to the small county claims court and I have reported to trading standards

We went to KCS to test drive an X3. The member of staff who looked after us was a true professional. He was knowledgeable, calm, friendly and didn't pressure us at all. I learned a lot from him, about the BMW X3 and other cars. After the test drive, he took us around the show room and told us about the other cars, on display. They've got some quality motors at KCS. Would I buy a used car from this man? Absolutely, I would, he is a real gent.

This is the first time I have bought a high value car and the whole process was seamless. Adam ensured that I had the right cars to test drive so that I could make an informed decision. I could only collect my car at a certain time and despite the fact that he had booked the day off he came in early especially so that I could collect my car. Thankyou for a great service and a great car.

I rang the garage to arrange a test drive and by the time I drove to KCS the cars were ready. I was treated very well and found the staff very friendly. I was able Part Exchange my car and purchase the new one with little hassle and the price offered was reasonable. The car was ready for collection on the date that I asked for. I would recommend this garage to others.

I bought a car from KCS this week and although there were problems ( not the fault of KCS), they couldn't have done more to help. Although I live in Bristol, I would use them again without hesitation. Adam gets a few mentions on here and he deserves the praise. All professional and efficient.

I would recommend KCS to anyone looking for their next car. Upon visiting the garage I was able to view various cars and given full details on each by Adam. I finally narrowed it down to two then made my decision. I was given time to make my decision and all my questions were answered. Once I had decided Adam took care of the rest and kept me updated.

I collected my car on Monday following my decision on Saturday all thanks to Adam arranging everything.

I purchased my Audi A5 convertible a couple of weeks ago and I must say I don't usually write reviews although I was extremely impressed with the service I had received.

I have been impressed with the efficiency, help and promptness of the service provided by KCS of Addlestone. Having spotted my ideal target vehicle on their website I was able to see the car, test drive it and subsequently purchase it within short space. Adam was helpful and courteous to whom many thanks.

I have today collected the car I first looked at a week ago. I have found KCS really prompt and helpful when answering the phone, returning calls and dealing with my various queries.

Adam was very honest about any advantages/disadvantages about the car I was interested in and patient as well. I very much appreciated the excellent service I received throughout, and particular thanks to Adam.

I was looking for a particular car BMW 7 and the guy from KCS was patient and accomadating. They kept you up to speed on every part of the process and explained everything in great detail.
