this was the worst experience of my life. went to the salon for pampering and relaxing, but all i got was stressed. the man was drunk and was falling and tripping over extension leads on the floor. my hair was cut so bad my 5 year old son could have done better. and the colour was over bleached and felt like straw. this man should be shut down!!!!! The salon name was so far from the truth. when i got in the car i cried all the way home. i told my husband and he went in the next day to complain and the man hurled abuse and threatend to punch him. we will be taking this further.
