It was a wet and windy Saturday afternoon and I had been looking at cars all day at various places, been treated like a punter all the time been rushed by sales people, short test drives, well etc, etc. Then I spoke to DJH called about a BMW they had in stock, grilled them about the condition and decided to make the journey up from Bristol. I had seen all day, it was immaculate, a pleasure to drive on the test drive and what a long test drive I was given, not two minutes down the road like other places. The gentleman I dealt with was not only knowledgeable about cars but about customer expectations and just left us alone to view the car, but knew when to engage with us and show us all the paperwork, it felt pleasurable and easy. I decided to purchase the car and drive home the same day as I it had just been serviced and had a long MOT.....A REAL BIG thumbs up and smile for making this my easiest and best car purchase ever, but you do need to change your coffee brand lol.......

Just purchased a second car from these guys, really progressional and car as described, probably better. Gave me a great price on my part exchange which I purchased off them before. Thanks for your help and no hassle again as it was an easy transaction.

I have had my new car a few months now and have to say it was everything I wanted, Colour, Specification, low Owners. The condition of the car given it was 8 Years old was exemplary. It was a rainy day when I went to see the car, but the dealer said the car would be inside for me to look at and I can have a long test drive if I liked the condition and for me just to call them when I was on the way.

When I arrived at their lovely premises the car was gleaming, just been serviced and had a new MOT, this was the fourth car I had viewed and non of the others even come close to the condition of this car. I drove the car away the same day, the dealer arranged my insurance and tax, gave me a good price for my old car. I was amazed how fast the process was, no messing and very, very professional, given that I had travelled over 100 miles to see the car this was great. Thank you for a great service.

I have just brought 2 cars from Carl this week a mazda 6 sport and a Peugeot 307 cc he gave us fantastic customer service and let me and my wife have decent test drives of the cars so we could get the feel of them . There was no pressure selling aswell just a genuinely nice and honest sales man any minor issues we have had he dealt with straight away and couldn't of done more for us , nice to see there are still some genuine and honest car sales men around, I'd definitely go back and see him in the future if I was buying another car ,

After searching many different websites looking for a Ford Mondeo Automatic, I came across D J H Prestige and Sports car dealer of Sutton Coldfield. What I read, really impressed me as did the price of the car. There was excellent communication from Carl. The car looked fantastic on the pictures, with a full description of the model. Carl even picked me up from the railway station as I travelled from Lincoln. When I saw the car it looked better than it did on the photos. It was immaculate. The transaction went smoothly and I am now the owner of a very fine car bought at a price that other car dealers could not match. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality car with first-class service and great value.

I would like to recommend DJH Prestige and Sports to other people that might be purchasing a car as they were very professional to deal with. I purchased a Mercedes E280 and it was by far in the best condition from the other cars I looked at and was priced very well. Speaking to them gave me the confidence to travel to Birmingham and I drove the car back to Southampton the same day, I have had the car now for over three months and it has given me no trouble at all.

Had been looking for a 'hard' top coupe for quite a while for the better half.Wanted the full four seats also.Had looked at Peugeots,Renaults,Volvos etc so plumped for the Peugeot due to spec and price.Spotted Carl's website on the Autotrader and duly rang.He answered and gave me the full spec/run down of the vehicle.We arranged for me to view the vehicle at the lovely set the gents have in Sutton.Car was better than I expected to say the least.Beautifully prepared,infact you'd have been hard pushed for a showroom to beat it in new condition.Was told to take my time,test whatever I wanted and ask any questions I wanted.Then we ran through the paperwork and all was in order.So we did the deal there and then!Carl and I arranged for me to pick up the vehicle a few days later,so my daughter could bring me over.Needless to say one very happy wife on Christmas morning.Cheers Carl and all the best from a fellow Finchfield person! Well I purchased a BMW 530 diesel a couple of months a go from these guys after having a bad experience with a dealer in Manchester Which I will not name as I am still waiting my refund of expenses. I am from Ireland and always try to buy my cars from England as they are usually in better condition and a little cheaper. I emailed quite a few garages and DJH replyed very quickly, efficiently and gave me all the information I requested, they also took some more pictures of the car to satisfy me of the condition of the car. I was impressed with the service as I had asked another dealer similar questions and for more pictures and i was told bty the other dealer that the information and pictures would take up to 48 hours to email me.

So I turned all my attention to the Car DJH had for sale and arranged a flight, DJH even sent someone to be collected me from Birmingham Airport. I arrived in late due to the weather but this seemed no problem for them as they kept track of my flight and I was collected from the airport and taken to the premises where the car was and to my delight it was undercover and presented in sparkling condition, the bodywork was flawless, even though it was late at night I was just told to take my time, look over the car at my leisure and when ready I could take for a test drive. I was shown all the documentation, this had been emailed to me earlier and then took the car for a good 7 mile test drive and it performed as it should.

The 7 days insurance had been arranged in advance so I paid up and drove away to Hollyhead and caught the ferry back.

I have purchased a few cars from England in my time, also with friends and I would have no hesitation in recommending DJH as this was a very easy transaction and a professional service, the communication at all times was faultless and I am more than pleased with the car and I must admit the condition exceeded my expectations.

I cannot rate DJH highly enough. This car was better than described, I was allowed to view it the same day and and excellent inspection facilities were provided without being requested - ie a good clean well-lit workshop with car lift and under car lighting. When I collected the car it was beautifully prepped and the owner, Carl even picked me up from the station in person.

When I got home the Merc was inspected by a very good local MB specialist who gave it a glowing report and no work was needed. Exactly as Carl had told me.

worked in the car business myself for 5 years so I have a bit of experience of the car trade, not all of it good. Carl is one of a new generation of car dealers - who seems to be focussed on providing the best possible motors and service for a keen price.This takes a lot of experience,expertise and attention to detail and Carl has plenty, I was really impressed. Plus Carl is completely genuine and one of the good guys in an industry which has it's share of sharks. Carl deserves to make a huge sucess of DJH, I think he will and wish him the very best of luck with it.

I recently purchased a Ford Mondeo ST TDCi from Carl,

Spotted it on auto trader and at first the ad looked very nice, although just out of my price range.

After looking at a couple elsewhere it was clear pretty soon that to get one that was any good i'd have to stretch a bit more!

So I emailed Carl and had a call back within the hour,

and arranged a viewing,

Straight away it was clear to see he wasnt a stereotypical sales man!

Left me free to look around the car and then took it for a spin.

The car was miles better than any I had already driven and only fractionally more expensive so great value in comparison with the market.

I traded in my old Ford mondeo estate which he offered a great discount for.

Overall an excellent service.

Had the car over 2 months now, done 8000 miles in it and not had a whisper of a problem or doubt!
