Amazing John Roe Toyota Dealership In Hull
I brought my Toyota Avensis secondhand from John Roe in Hull.
When picking up my highly polished Toyota car my wife was presented with a large bouquet of flowers,
The car was parked in the showroom, ready to drive out.
The salesman gave me a full briefing on the controls such as satnav and music centre.
I took out a three year service plan, with a good discount which was a really worthwhile move .
After the initial three year plan ended, I took out a further three year plan. When this second plan ended I decided not to renew a third years service agreement (plan).
The time came for a MOT the first independent MOT since the car service plan had ended.
Kwik Fit in Beverley was my choice for the MOT.
The tester was very vigourous in doing his job as a tester, I know this as I watched him carrying out the inspection.
My Toyota Avensis is now over 13 years old with over 100,000 miles on the clock it passed its MOT first attempt.
The tester had asked me where I had my car serviced, as he was often asked for garages to take re-tests for cars which had failed.
I told him about John Roe in Hull, explaining that I had this service agreement.
The tester said my car was in amazing condition with very little rust despite the fact the car has never been garage in all the time I have owned it. (7years).
I have been so impressed with John Roe, I had to telephone to let the service department know how pleased I was with all the work that they had done on the car. And about how it had passed it’s MOT at first attempt.
My Toyota is the only car I have owned which has passed its MOT first attempt without a pre-inspection check.
I would sincerely recommend John Roe to anybody wishing to purchase a new or second hand vehicle especially a Toyota vehicle.

Superb Service Second To None
I am extremely happy with the service from John Roe Hull. They quickly came and assessed my car battery, and took my car for an overnight charge then delivered it back for me which overall was about 36 miles and for a very small charge. I didn't fancy charging my own battery as it is a hybrid car. The staff are lovely and friendly. Excellent customer service.

Brilliant service from start to finish and i have the confidence that the service would continue should I need it. The sales representative was excellent and I trusted him from start - much better than the service I have had from other car salesmen. The Front of House staff - were wonderful and very helpful. Just A Joke
Shocking company to buy cars from. Brought a second hand car with an advisory on the mot paperwork and was guarenteed the work would be done. On collecting the car and taking it away the work clearly hadn't been done!! Rang and was told would receive a phone call back regarding the matter and 3 weeks later still had nothing, rang back again and was told to bring car back. The car has been currently sat at the garage with no one even having looked at it for nearly two weeks, I know this as we saw the service manager and he had no idea it was even there. Apparently a specialist had been to see it....... or not!!! Still have no car and no one is returning calls regarding any work being carried out!! No offer of curtesy car or any apologies! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!

Worst Company Ever Dealt With
Bought a car on the promos tyres were going to be sorted & it'd been checked over to fine none of these things has happened they don't answer calls or email back they don't stick to the words I've been waiting for my Warrety re sending 2 weeks then they was going to email it suprise suprise still no Warrenty absolutely useless disgusting company wouldn't touch again with a barge pole
