I gave in a ps3 for repair on the 30th of december and im still waiting. I sent them several letters and called them a few times too.The website says a seven day turn around on repairs. my recent email has not been responded to and my call has not been returned today. I wish i took it somewhere else to be fixed and read some of the reviews of powerplay before i gave it in for repair.

1 order - 1 delivery in good time.

I was almost put off using them by the number of bad reviews, but took a risk on a small value order and everything was fine. Everywhere else was at best 12.5% more expensive, often much more. Take your choice!

cancelled an order and after checking my statement realised they have taken two payments of £64.99 out my account - can't email them 'cos problem with their email site - no phone number - gonna try writing to them but don't hold out much hope - looks like I've lost that money and received no items as on my account details it said there are no orders outstanding - what a c**p site - never again - i'll stick to amazon - and all to save a few quid!!!!

i bought guitar hero warriors of rock at £60.29 on the 12th october 2010 it is now 14th nivember im still waiting for my order i have emailed them several times using the details on their site and one one has reponded, i am now at the stage where i have contacted my bank to investigate and reclaim my money.i wish id read online reviews first as im ont the only one not reciving my paid for goods

I read some of the reviews for Powerplay direct, so was alittle wary of purchasing from them. However, in fairness, I ordered the DVD on Friday, it arrived on Tuesday. Bargain price, free post. I honestly couldnt complain. You get sent an email when it is dispathed and also tracker where it is.

I give it a thumbs up.

If you can save a few quids, use someone else reliable like Amazon, play.com etc

A few quids saving might cause you a lot of STRESS and phone call to Powerplay Direct might cost more than your saving!!

Great prices from Powerplay Direct and with free delivery my item arrived within 3 days so no complaints at all. Brilliant website.

I ordered a Wii game from Powerplay Directover a year ago (No more heroes) 2 days after it was released, they took my money and said it was posted but it never arrived, theres no phone number, and dozen of email remain ignored

After the other half dropping our laptop down the stairs, I claimed it on the house insurence and they appointed me to Powerplay Direct. Got in contact with me the same day and ended up replacing it with a laptop £200 extra vaule of what I orignally paid for the broken one.

I placed an order which they then cancelled. I paid by visa so money was taken out of my account immediately. I've had no refund and no replies to emails. There isn't phone number I can find so i have no way of getting in touch with them. Disgusting service, I do not recommend using this site. I will be taking legal advice on this issue.
