I purchased a Cabinmax Trolley Bag from gadgetsuk in February 2013. After only the second use the material under the carry handle ripped.

I telephoned a very helpful girl at gadgetsuk who immediately said they would send out a replacement and that I didn't have to return the damaged one. She even asked if I still wanted the same colour.

I think gadgetsuk are excellent suppliers based on my experience I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

I ordered a cabin Berlin bag which arrived no problem. I wanted to return the item and rang & spoke to woman who told me I had 30 Days to return item. Rang again for help to return item as Royal Mail wanted to charge £11.99 for 2kgs. No reply and no reply to subsequent e.mails! Found my own carrier Parcel Pete who charged me £6.59. They collected the parcel and delivered it the next day! When I rang Gadgetsuk.com they could find no record of receiving my parcel and no record to show a refund........ I then rang my credit card company - disputes dept. who informed me the card had been refunded a week ago! Why couldn't Gadgetsuk.com tell me this and avoid the stress and worry?

Parcel Pete rang me back to tell me that the parcel was signed for ny William!

When I rang Gadgetsuk.com they were rude and unhelpful. A company of their size shouldn't be trading if they cannot find records of transactions from 1 week previously and e.mails of a week ago.

Don't trust this company if you want to return an item! Probably cheaper elsewhere anyway!

I ordered a present for my mum on next day delivery. It didn't turn up the next day so I searched for reviews and found out how many people had never got their products. So I ordered the same product from another website and wrote off the expense from this site.

4 days later the product has turned up and now I have two... but at least it did turn up.

I'm not going to use the site again - I never got a reply from repeated calls and emails to the company and I just don't trust that next time nothing would turn up at all!

Key Finder is a great gadget, it has already saved me about £250 by finding a lost car key. Good company with friendly quick service.

I ordered three items for a present for one person. Was told via email a few days later that all three items sent. Noticed a strange credit in my account a week later. Found out from the gift receipent that note included which said one item out of stock - so not sent and refund made. So now I have to find something else to send. The company never contacted me, and have not responded to my complaint email. Very unimpressed.

My problem was I kept losing me keys all the time, so I found this thing - the smartfinder which said it can help with key finding and that, so I bought one to try it out. Not a bad price really £10 for the single one, cheapish postage. If I have bought the more expensive one which does more, Id a got free postage but oh well.

Anyway, got me smartfinder and it really workss!!!!!!! i couldn't believe it! Everytime I lose me keys I just press the button and it finds them for me!

All I can say is WOW! Amazing thing and really fast delivery too. really pleased.

I bought a SmartFinder from Gadgets UK to help me find my keys, which annoyingly I always put down somewhere stupid. The gadget is great and saves me loads of time. Good company with fast delivery

I ordered a comedy chicken from Gadgets UK, hoping for a quick service, even though it said on the website last orders for next day delivery was 1pm and it was 3pm. I phoned them up and asked for next day delivery. For a little bit extra delivery it was arranged, and I received it the next day. This meant a happy Nephew and a relieved me. Well done Gadgets UK for a great service and a quality product.

I purchase several products from gadgetsUK online several months ago. I received a part order and am still awaiting dispatch of the Spy Ear.

After emailing the company 5 times to find out what has happened to my item I have given up.

Stay clear of this company. They don't like to part with their products.
