Found a site through google shopping, the price was the lowest I could find. The items were in stock, the site tells you that discpatch usually happens within 24-48 hours, I have now been waiting for 7 working days > nothing arrived, went to their site, logged in and the order is market as "in dispatch". This is basically lying to customers to get their money, honestly I would better pay £5 more on some other site and be sure that the item arrives on time. This is the worse experience buying something online I had and I buy things online every week.

Purchased a box set from these guys just after christmas and I got to the 3 disk in the box set in April. It wouldn;t play and kept skipping.

I emailed them from the contact us link on their website and I got a reply the same day to send them the faulty disc and they sent a replacement. Great service and they really understood my problem.

Brought an item on the 9th April, phoned up after a week and a half, still not arrived had to wait two weeks told them it was for my godsons birthday present on Monday 26th April, phoned Friday the 23rd not very sympathetic, did not offer to send 1st class or next day, offered me a refund or resend. Still waiting not recommended.

This site once was good, now it relies on false pricing in Google shopping to get customers to visit their website.

Even phoning them you will get, it must be an error with that item, yet if you search for a number of itmes on Google shopping you will find EVERY one incoorectly listed.

This is unfair trading and a bad way of diverting people to a site with other inflated prices.

I thought Blah DVD was too good to be true, I wanted a specific stand up comedians DVD for a gift and it was at least £15 everywhere online I had looked. At Blah DVD it was £6.95. I went on to find 4 more comedy dvd's including an obscure one for my brother none of which were more than £8.

Delivery on DVDs from Blah is free so I didnt even have to pay P&P and they all arrived within a week (the obscure one took a week but the others only 2 days). AND its 2 weeks from Christmas, AND i was so impressed I'm going back to buy more DVDs as stocking fillers because they are so cheap!

Extremely fast delivery from Blah DVD, secure website and cheaper than 95% of the main websites (and I'm a regular amazon uk customer).Received a game before the release date!Fast become my main choice for buying ps3 games from and anything else i may need in the future.

Overall, brill site, cheap, quick, reliable.Now my main website for entertainment material.

I don't understand all these reviews saying "I could not contact them", "I couldn't make returns"... I bought a DVD from them in September 2006. I never opened it, then I realized in February 2007 that I ordered the wrong DVD, so I used their online contact form to tell them. They agreed to exchange the DVD, even though I have had it all that time! I was very impressed by this! All I had to do was post it back to them, FREE POST I might add, and they sent me another DVD.

I have another incident where I redeemed a voucher code, and then my internet crashed before I could order. So I emailed them again, and within 5 minutes they had re-instated my code, and sent it out to me again.

Blah DVD is one of the cheapest DVD sites on the web, and it has always been a great site to buy from. I would recommend it to anyone.

I bought a DVD box set for my father-in-law for Christmas at a sale price. Unfortunately he had it already, but I thought exchanging it should be easy enough. Attempts to contact Blah DVD via the website and emails yielded nothing (not even an acknowledgement they'd received my messages). Without exception, it is the worst online customer service of any online DVD shop.

In an nutshell BLAHDVD are fine as long as you don't expect ANY form of help from them post sale.

Initially good customer service with Blah DVD, until item never arrived. They failed to respond to emails after item went missing, despite promising a refund. Very disappointing shopping experience. Will stick with using Play and Sendit from now on.

An easy to use website Blah DVD stated goods were available and allows you track your order.

I have placed more than one order and everything has arrived on time, couldn't fault service or the packaging - really recommend!
