Awesome Service

I did not get the gentleman's name, but my daughter and I got onto the X32 at Redbridge 16.05 expecting to go into town, but instead landed up heading to Didcot. When I asked the driver where the first stop was that we could get off, he said Milton Park. Shortly thereafter I noticed him pulling back into Redbridge. We were then able to swop buses and should just make it to our 4.30 concert. Without his kindness we surely would have missed our show, he saved us a massive detour. We are eternally grateful to him. Thank you kind sir

6:45-7:00. Heathrow-oxford

AVFC Masked bus driver refused entry onto bus making me miss the bus. Did not even care to explain the reason why he wouldn’t let me on, I was told by the driver to call customer support as he could not validate my open return ticket.

The most useless bus driver I have ever met. Could have easily pointed me in the right direction however he tried to convince me that I needed to call a premium line to get my tickets. Which is nonsense.

Times, All Come At Once, Bus Drivers Don' Give Any Assistanc

Please can someone explain why the Oxford busses do not have any form of time table and arrive and depart when they want.

My husband waited 45 minutes for a bus, whilst three went the other way. freezing cold and no traffic for once Oxford was quiet.

Please explain why when running to catch a bus and bus had started moving away from the stop, where my husband indicated to get on, despite being short of the bus stop. The bus driver rudely made it clear to my husband to go to the bus stop and wait.

What a dreadful company and Oxford want to get rid of Cars, how about sorting the bus out for the park and rides. The MD needs to get off his back side and walk and catch a bus in oxford to see how shabby the company he runs is

Always Delayed, Unreliable

Used it a couple of times recently, never again.

Takes so long to get to Heathrow,1 hour 40 minutes- too many stops - it takes 30 minutes just to get out of Oxford !!

Stops at Lewknor - why ? Stops at Wycombe - why ? Stops at the Compass centre - why ? It's an airline bus from Oxford to Heathrow, not every gap in the hedge on the way !

The Standard Of Training By The Oxford Bus Company Is Poor.

On Saturday, 25.06.2022, I was driving my blue Ford Focus, along the Iffley Road in Oxford, I was driving towards the Plane, when an Oxford Bus Company Bus hit my Ford Focus.

The bus stopped and the driver gave me his name, then returned to his bus and drove away. It is only because I have been a car driver for > 50 years, that I was able to drive the car to the left and avoid a head on collision with cars coming in the opposite direction.

I have no points on my license. This fact can be confirmed by the DVLA.

I will be taking vigorous legal against the CEO of the Oxford Bus Company and also the CEO of Van Ameyde UK.

Worst Ever

We used this service a number of times before Covid and it was great! Going to Gatwick was so quick now however it goes through Heathrow and is a much longer journey! Why go to Heathrow there is a perfectly good service that services Heathrow without this detour!

Not happy now takes 3 hours if your lucky.

Oxford - Gatwick : The Original Heathrow Airport Tour!

What a waste of time! I took The Airline today departing from Oxford to Gatwick Airport and I though the bus would go normally as before but I was wrong! I know I should’ve checked for route changes but I didn’t but that’s not the point.

Does it make sense all this stops? Don’t you guys think that making the journeys even longer to Gatwick don’t make any sense - at all?!

What about the Oxford - Gatwick bus go round Luton, Stansted and maybe Birmingham Airports before going Gatwick?! Wouldn’t that be nice?

No wonder why The Air Line buses are empty most of the times!

Absolutely correct. Explain to me why the bus to Gatwick does a the grand tour of Heathrow first, turning what should be a 90 minute journey into 3+ hours. No mention at all on the website that it stops at Heathrow first. What a waste of time and nearly missing my flight. Won't be using it again

Time Wasting Drivers

Firstly, I asked for a child single into town which is meant to cost £1 but was actually charged £2.30 which I only later found out when I checked my bank account. The driver could see I was in a rush but instead of driving his passengers, he left the bus to have a chat with a mate who also works for Oxford Bus Company and who also abandoned his bus. I understand that drivers need a break but they don’t half pick their moments. In the end I left the bus before he finished his conversation and got on a Stagecoach bus (which are much more reliable). I couldn’t even get my money back for a trip I didn’t take.

Horrific Experience!!

Terrible customer service delivered by all bus companies in Oxford, UK, especially the BrookesBus. How ironic is it that these university buses are somewhat suppose to make student life easier? WELL THEY DO NOT. The bus drivers are rude and racist. And only pick up passengers when they desire. This is one of the worst things about Oxford. You are absolutely pathetic!

4a Ghost Bus

Called customer service for Oxford Bus Company and they could give me no explanation why there has been no for a bus this week on Monday or Wednesday at 9:06 AM. I paid for a weeklong bus pass and I have not been able to use it on two occasions so far. Google maps showed a bus on the route but there was not one in real life.

No suggestion or resolution was offered by customer service. I couldn’t even tell me if there is going to be another bus. As the live bus information seems to just be pre-programmed.

I waited 33 minutes for the next bus today. What a complete waste of time. The Oxford Bus Company offers poor service and no customer service or accountability. Can I get a refund?
