Worst Bus Company

Worst app ever. So hard to find where is your bus, and when I say hard I mean impossible. The only time you can find the bus on the app is if they go to town centre. Their buses are ALWAYS late, sometimes not even showing up. Worst bus company

21st November 6pm 3a Bus Swansea To Westcross

Uneventful journey home until I pressed buzzer/bell to stop bus well before my bus stop Driver drove straight past bus stop until I raised my voice and he pulled up 100s yards from my stop

I said whatcisxgoingvon in your,head not to hear the bell to stop bus? He said shut up k nob head????

He may have been on something!

As I got closer to him I noticed his mobile phone down between his legs

Unbelieveable

A public service bus driver total disgrace

Tried to call the local bus garage to complain,no answer????????????

Crime Committed And Refused To Help

On 15/04/2024 on the 41 bus, Norwich. My purse was stolen out of my bag by someone travelling the same route. A route I have to travel every day and am now left feeling unsafe. When I contacted first bus, they treated it as a lost item. They said “ it can take up to 7 days to find your item, other wise report it to the police but we only keep CCTV for 14 days” I emailed them and requested for them to keep to cctv so police to can look but they refused. So they give the police 7 days to investigate a crime. After the 7 days, my purse wasn’t found so I immediately contacted the police, the police contacted first and first took 3 weeks to respond! So obviously by then any evidence had been deleted. Convenient? I contacted first writing a formal complaint that their company makes it extremely easy for criminals to get away with crimes… and their response “any property that a passenger chooses to take on the bus is their responsibility”. In other words, first refuses to help or investigate stolen items taken on their bus because it’s the victims fault they were stolen in the first place. This is a nation wide bus company that should feel safe? But they don’t care about their passengers and their safety as long as we are lining their pockets. So was is the CCTV there you ask? No idea, I’m guessing to protect the bus driver as it certainly isn’t there to protect the passengers. 2 weeks they keep cctv and they refuse to keep it for police.

Discriminating Bus Service

Today (3rd April 2024) I attempted to gain travel on service 104 Mistley to Colchester bus service. Not for the first time I was refused access to the bus as the driver refused to make a person move a pram from the disabled space.

The space is clearly marked as being for a wheelchair user, with the bus just starting it's round it had more then enough room to have the pram moved or folded but instead of this the driver just refused me the wheelchair space as a wheelchair user.

This is DISCRIMINATION, IT IS DISGUSTING YOU ALLOW DRIVERS TO WORK ON YOUR SERVICE WHILE COMMITTING HATE CRIME

Then when you do go into the bus depot to complain you get sworn at and threatened

The CEO thinks the driver is parked ok

As discussed:

A member of the team has been out and taken photos of where the incident

took place, and even though I can see the sign on your fence there is

nothing to say that no one can park there, the signs actually don’t

mean someone is illegally parked. I have also been advised that the

police did attend the scene where the driver had been parked and their

advice was also that the car wasn’t parked illegally.

The members of staff that you dealt with at the depot have both been

interviewed and have both confirmed that the gentleman in the orange did

swear at you.

Racist Bus Drivers

The driver for some reason did not want to stop the bus for me. I tried stopping the bus several times well in advance but he just cruised through the bus stops until he saw a lady stopping the bus 4 stops after my stop. I don't want to play the race card but this is the second time it has happened to me while I was the only person of colour getting off at a stop while using first bus. Why take the bus if I have to walk back home? Get rid of your racist drivers because they gonna hurt your business. I don't think I'm gonna be using first bus again.

Waited for the 14.40 bus into Huddersfield in the rain - it tuned up at 14.44 - no drama... Then waited in the rain from 18.14 for the 18.26 bus from Market Street to Balmoral Avenue - it didn't turn up. Ended up waiting for another half hour for the 7 o'clock bus, frozen to the core! It's about time wy metro sorted out their buses because this is a regular occurrence and we're sick of it!
