Order No Delivery

I ordered a rattan fire pit dining table and chairs three weeks ago no delivery.tried to phone no answer.and emailed no answer took my money.it looks like it is a sham.keep away from this firm not good.how do they get away with this.

Item I Had Ordered Was Attempted Delivery While I

Item I had ordered was attempted delivery while I wasn’t available and returned to sender. Called to request the item be resent and I was assured that they will resend it. Called again to check and confirm, and was then told that I will not be receiving my item. Poor customer service.

Useless

Ordered something over 3 weeks ago, Still not arrived, All it says is.. Awaiting Dispatch, How does it even take 3 weeks to send something, Won't be paying until it arrives.

Customer service is non existent - emailed numerous times - phoned numerous times. We have been billed for orders we don't have - paid over £40 for goods we don't have and now they have added another £15 onto the account. They say don't pay on the phone and then slam you with charges and court action if you don't - worse overseas customer services I have ever encountered - avoid avoid avoid :(

Horrendous Customer Service

I have never come across such an incompetent company. They have absolutely no concern whatsoever that their systems are insecure and their customer service is non existent. I've sent 3 emails - no reply, made 7 phone calls - no action. I just get to speak to a representative who is reading from a script as English is not their first language. I can't tell what they are saying and they do not understand me. DON'T order from Ace you will regret it! I didn't even order from them, their system invented the order, I refused delivery and now it's stuck on my credit account and they don't want to know. Frightening!!

Incompetent

Disgusting Incompetent staff. Four phone calls twenty minutes on hold each time. Staff reading from a script, cant understand them, courier return service non existent, parcel still waiting to be collected.

I've been experiencing the same with these!! They sent me 2 dinner sets that I didn't even order as I did not go through the check out procedure, I simply placed them into the basket for possibly a later date or may be never. I have spent hours & hours trying to contact them but have now passed it onto Trading Standards who are willing to try to solve this :-(

I would advise anybody to stay well clear !!

I am writing this on behalf of my grandmother.

She firstly ordered a number of products over the phone from ACE after she had a catalogue delivered through her door; offering free delivery for new customers. This order was made on 30th August'16. It never arrived. She contacted them again 12 September'16 querying the whereabouts of the products and was told that there was no recollection of these on the system, she placed the order again and was assured it would arrive within a couple of weeks. It has still not arrived. She contacted ACE a couple of weeks ago to again query where the products were ( it was quite a large order) and was then rudely hung up on - This 85 year old woman has now been without a microwave (one of the products she ordered) for over 2 months and i find that unacceptable (as she had already ordered one she refused my offer of buying another).

I then called ACE today to discuss this order with them and was again told that it had never been put on the system, although the lady then changed her mind and said the order was there but was being credit checked and would take a few more weeks (5weeks since the latest order and 7weeks since the inial one). She also then informed me that my grandmother had ordered online - i can confidently say that this is 100% not the case as 1. She doesnt own a computer and 2. If she did she wouldnt even know how to switch the thing on! - I then asked whether i could be put through to a manager to discuss this further with them and the lady on the other end of the line decided that she suddenly could not hear me, repeating 'hello, hello'.. and then hung up - This was after being on the phone for 30 minutes.

So all in all i have found ACE to be completely useless and their customer care even worse.

Absolutely Appalling !!!.

I refused a delivery (as instructed by Ace) in June. It is now October and I am still waiting for my account to be cleared. Customer service is absolutely appalling, I have rang every week asking when this will be done and have been told by managers that it will be done and they will phone me back. I have never had a call back or the account cleared !. I have been told that the parcel is in the warehouse waiting to be cleared, and now I am being told the parcel is now lost !. Whenever I phone now, I am told that a manager is not available to speak to me, shocking attitude, a manager has even hung up on me. I was told to wait for a declaration form to prove that I did not receive the parcel, it has been 14 days since this has 'supposedly' been posted to me, and surprise surprise, it has not arrived. When phoning them, I have now been told to wait another 14 days for a new form to be sent out to me !. Would never use this shambolic company again, or recommend it to anyone.

Wrong Items Sent - Ace Expect You To Pay

Bought goods from ACE and they sent a wrong item. Emailed immediately to ask for replacement and return of original at their expense.

Numerous emails and letters to them acknowledged but never acted upon.

After 9 weeks they eventually reply saying replacement on it's way but hey I'm liable for two months late payment charges for the time it's taken them to action this!

Payment was withheld until I got the goods ordered - surely basic consumer rights!

ACE can't get an order right and take an eternity to sort it out but I'm to pay them an extra £25 for their poor customer service!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Never Had An Issue

Ive been using ACE now for about 3 years and can honestly say i have never had any issue with them.

All products that have been ordered have been delivered on time and without damage, yes they do charge a premium interest rate but its suited me.

I would recommend ACE, just keep an eye on your spending as they do offer credit limit increases quite actively, which for some could, if not controlled cause them to end up with a high debt.
