Simply Games is my forever go to for pre ordering games and for purchasing other merch too,.they never fail to deliver when they say they will, they are always prompt with any communication and the customer care is above everyone else, no titting about from one person to another, if there are any issues, which there usually aren't, but if there is/was, they are dealt with in a timeous fashion and leaves the customer more than happy. The dispatch times are fantastic and always on point, I have had many a happy purchase from SG and would highly recommend them to family and friends,oh and the odd acquaintance on holiday, we have sung SG's praises for over 10yrs and like I have already mentioned, the service is first class and after numerous fantastic titles from top of the list of games and a few obscure ones, they always deliver with a smile, so, in closing, if you want to purchase a game or merch then Simply Games should be really your first port of call, if you haven't already checked them out, where have you been, seriously, hottest game selling outfit EVER,wouldn't look elsewhere,my son and I have spent many hours playing the latest video games and our son is eagerly awaiting the second Kingdom Come Deliverance game and once I have an email from SG informing me that it is available to pre-order, then I will do so promptly, woot woot ???? Pre Ordered games twice now they never arrive ion game released, not sure what has happened with simply games as games always used to arrive on time. Won’t be purchasing again from them.

Disappointing

After experiencing poor customer service from another major game distributor, a friend recommended I try SimplyGames. I've now been using them for several years and have placed at least 30 orders. Everything has always arrived on time. On one occasion, a game box was damaged in transit (which was not SimplyGames' fault), and when I contacted customer service, they promptly sent me a replacement jewel case. I genuinely can't fault them and won’t buy from anywhere else now.

Always games arrive in great condition orders are on time used this company for years love them prices are great some pre orders have had small surprises inside company really goes above and beyond will use them well into the future.

How did I not know about this site sooner. Best price you can find by miles, no dodgy codes or logins just a physical copy of the game I wanted at a really good price. And to top it off it was here in a couple of days.

I recently ordered from Simply Games for the first time and then realised the postal address was incorrect thanks to PayPal! I emailed the store and they responded quickly and adjusted the address for me.

I got the item really quickly and the price was the best out there

pre-ordered Forza on the Fri 11th Aug 2023 payment taken 6 weeks before despatch, Game despatched day before release 5 days later still no game sent email stating no game not intrested so now have to open case with paypal to get £69.99 refund.

Will not be using any more.

I don’t know what say , I preordered it came on time no hassle great service .

Placed a pre-order in July 23 for Ride 5's 24th Aug release, it is now the 28th Aug and it is still not here!!
