M90 To Pitlochry

10.10 bus from Edinburgh to Pitlochry, and the return trip at 17.26 - 2 best bus journeys ever, thanks to the driver (not allowed to name him).

Great historical and local info on the way up.

The most friendly and helpful driver ever.

Scottish Citylink Customer Service

I wanted to amend my ticket and could not do it on the app or online. no response from chatline, phone or email.

the only reason I have to use them 8s because they have a monopoly on the route. apart from that the drivers are terrible time keepers always late.

Nec

I have just got of the bus from Glasgow and the bus driver took my NEC off me as it has apparently been hotlisted but I am 21 and the card is meant to last me until I’m 22. I was wondering if he is allowed to take my card off me or if he has to give it back. Can someone let me know if this is normal

Keep Safe. Avoid!

Please Stay safe. A very frightening experience. Use alternative transport any way possible. You WILL be literary left in the streets. If there are any problems like a delay that makes you miss the connection for the remainder of your journey that is booked with them. . . Your on your own. Was left in an unfamiliar city with offices closed and no one to help. Was stranded for hours, late and dark. A very poor company where customer care definitely does not exist. Keep yourselves safe because this company certainly isn't going to. I genuinely recommend to find alternative transport to make sure you get to your destination.

Don't Use Them.

booked onto the 7.15 bus from Edinburgh to glasgow and arrived in plenty of time. The sign said next bus at 7.30 so I assumed some kind of delay, right up until it pulled away at 7.15.

citylink then refused to allow me to catch the next bus with my ticket.

This made me miss my connecting bus to glencoe, and once again they refused to allow me to catch the next one.

completely unhelpful, obstructive and deliberately difficult.

There was plenty of room on both of those busses, but why let someone on when you can fleece them for another ticket?

Bunch of absolute lower colons.

Taken Money Illegally

Am absolutely disgusted, taken double payment for a travel pass, trying to get an actual person is impossible. I'm now left unable to eat for the rest of the week due to them taking all my money. Angry doesn't even begin to cover it

Shame On Citylink

Horrific - citylink just allowed my paraplegic dad (aged 68) and anxious 70yr old mum onto the bus at Harthill and took them to Glasgow. When they got on the same bus back to their car, they were humiliated and ordered off because dad's chair was "too big". Apparently it grew while in the sunshine in Glasgow and could no longer fit. So they left them in Glasgow.

When I complained, they sent me an extract of their rule book on the size of wheelchairs to justify their action. Sympathetic, huh?

I am horrified that nobody was willing to use common sense and get my parents back to their car, and advise them the chair was not suitable for future travel. Or refused to take them in the first place if the chair was too big, at least then they were still at their car.

This is unforgiveable and completely lacks humanity. Shame on Citylink.
