If I had any questions, I'd fire over a quick email and they always responded very quickly.

I chose the option of dropping off my items personally and within a couple of days, all of my items had been tested and they money was deposited straight into my bank account.

I had games to sell and luckily I found chillout games in a web search. They offered me what I thought were very reasonable prices and replied quickly answering questions I had about delivery. They arranged for the parcel to be collected and paid me more than they had offered, as they thought the game boxes were in better condition than I had told them. They even complemented me on my packing of the box. Who wouldn't like that.

I have recently had an issue with Audible taking money they shouldn't have from me, and after dealing with their frankly awful customer service it's been an absolute pleasure to deal with such an honest and helpful company. Would highly recommend.

Decided to have a clear out of many years of hoarding games and consoles by my self and my Son. Apart from a issue with the bar code scanner l found everything to be fairly straightforward.

I don't live far from Where Chillout games are based.So due the large amount of games 4 consoles and other gaming stuff ( a Wii balance board been one) l contacted the admin and asked if l could drop the hoard of myself.

And was informed no problem on arrival l was given a cup of tea and a tour which was fascinating seeing the care they take.

I was kept informed of where l was in the checking order .

And less than a week later was payed and not only that l got more than the online quote due to the fact we have always took car of our disks and consoles.

I can not fault Chillout Games

Spotted their ad in PLAY magazine and decided to give them a go. The barcode scanning process worked a treat and speeded up the quote process. Courier (Parcel Force) arrived as expected and got plenty of messages to confirm receipt and update on the valuations. Final valuation was almost identical to that promised in the original quote. And money arrived in PayPal account very quicky. Only downside is that some of the rules about the ratio of games to consoles and accessories can be a little awkward to keep to. And a minority of games worth only a few pence. But I managed to get near enough as makes no difference £400 for old games and consoles that weren't being used and should find new owners - so no gripes at all. Thoroughly recommened.

We packaged up a load of games to sell, yes we could have tried to sell them separately on ebay but we had 100+ and they wouldn't have all gone plus the hassle of all those individual transactions. ChilloutGames gave us a reasonable quote, provided a courier to pick them up and once checked actually gave us more than the original quote as I had marked some as scruffy which they thought weren't. They seem very honest (as long as you are) and fast to process. I would highly recommend if you have a load of games just gathering dust. They took old games for PC, PS1, PS2 etc. You have to enter your games into their website to get the initial quote which can take a while when you have a lot but the site is solid, no glitches or losing data.

This is my first time using Chillout Games & I'm very happy with the experience. Definitely use them again. They keep you informed of what's happening & because I was honest with them once the games were processed got the money quoted swiftly. Do a good job & they'll be good to you. Very pleased I found this excellent site/shop, I bought two games for my newly acquired Atari VCS, which I last owned nearly 40 years ago! I bought Air Sea Battle for nostalgia, as it was one of my first games on the console. I also bought Robot Tank, what a great game! A variation of Battlezone with really clever twists to make it interesting, an example of a game from that era which is still genuinely fun to play now. I'm keeping an eye out for my next purchase.
