What After Sales...?!

Awful after sales, not interested once you have left the showroom.

If I had read the reviews before hand I wouldn't had purchased the vehicle from them.

Showroom looks fantastic BUT the staff fob you off & never ring you back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

Absolutely shocking after sales service. I have bought 2 new cars from them . They promised to get me out of deal after 2 to3 years and into another car . They are not interested and seem to now never return your call or reply with a text . All

They seem interested in is promoting latest offers or sending out promotional videos. Their service takes my breath away

Awful

Took my 320d in for a timing chain recall,180 miles later it had no coolant in it!!Service rang said it probably left with an airlock in the heater!!And any repairs I would have to pay??? how is this possible? the service manager is supposedly ringing me I have waited 10 days.Spoken to customer services who never rang me back,i have emailed the dealer principal days ago and am still waiting...WOT IS GOING ON BMW.

Poor Customer Service

Asked Williams BMW Rochdale for a quote for a replacement Mini Paceman Cooper windscreen. Dealt with speedily and efficiently BUT the quote £772.09!!! Had the job done elsewhere in Rochdale (Speedwells) for a third of this price. Next day took my X3 in for MOT. Told later it had failed because a rear coil spring had broken. The previous year when it had an MOT Williams BMW Bolton fitted new coil springs AND the year before that new coil springs fitted at Kwik Fit in Bury. This is a low mileage X3, not used for heavy duty work. So what am I to make of the above. Either I am being 'ripped off' by Williams OR the coil springs they fit are rubbish. Either way, very unsatisfactory for the customer. This was my last visit ever to Williams BMW.

Great Service

Went into Williams BMW Rochdale a few weeks back to take a look at the 535D M Sport and was warmly welcomed by staff, service was brilliant and the staff really helpful, the salesman was a delight to talk to and dealt with the inquiry very professionally. After placing the order i was kept up to date with what was happening and got a delivery date before i knew it. Took delivery of the car yesterday and what a car it is, i would like to thank all staff at BMW Rochdale for the excellent service and all the help.

Worst Garage In The Bmw Franchise Group Do Not Use

Absolute bunch of con-artists who couldn't run a garage if it was giving money away as a service. They Lie, Cheat, Lie, betray and completely try and pull the wool over your eyes. My advise is STAY AWAY FROM BMW ROCHDALE as they will take your money and leave you feeling like you have been robbed.

The Salesmen/con-artists are a joke and shouldn't be employed they should be locked up. Mark is his name and he is a con-man who lies for a living, if the Dealer Principle is aware of his actions he should also be locked up and fired for endorsing such behaviour. For a reputable brand associated with the 'prestige' market, its make me feel sick to find they operate with such a disregard for peoples rights. Under the Consumer rights act 1974 they should know better and not sign contracts off sight and lie about what sort of agreement you are actually entering into.

I Own A E90 318i Bmw That Has A Full Bmw Service H

I own a E90 318i BMW that has A full BMW service history.

The DSC unit failed at 40,000 miles so I took it to them.

They said a repair part was £350 inc fitting, and as this is a common fault I thought there would be some sort of concession, not at Williams BMW! Others, who have used other dealers have had this replaced at 80% discount! and BMW UK where surprised to hear Williams would not discount the price (as they claim it from BMW UK), but no, not Williams BMW Rochdale. I guess they need to money to keep up the appearance of their plush showroom!

On top of this, and to add insult to injury, they said I needed Brakes, front and rear with discs, even though the service indicator said there was 28000+ miles remaining?!?!?!?! at a cost of £500

And as I was due a oil and spark plug service, plus diagnostics for the DSC fault: £466

So it cost me just over £1300! WOW!

My recommendation, if you need work doing on your BMW go to a specialist, and avoid the dealers... especially BMW Williams Rochdale....

To Be Fair Have Only Dealt With The Spares Dept At

To be fair have only dealt with the spares dept at Williams BMW in Rochdale. But I do like to look at the newer models, a friendly chat with a salesperson would be welcome and who knows one day the sales target may depend on me but I will never change brand. The ad says BMW the ultimate driving machine.

Recently Bought A Bmw From Williams Rochdale Ltd A

Recently bought a BMW from Williams Rochdale Ltd and had a few teething problems. The car did not come with the handbook so I was promised one by the end of the week. When it didn't arrive I was told Monday, then told Wednesday then Thursday. When I called on Thursday they said it was on back order and they didn't know when it would come.

At this point I spoke to the dealer principle who kindly gave me a handbook from another car.

It just shows how important it is to get the right people involved in helping you.

Everything else ran smoothly.
