Can't say I'm too much happy or disappointed with this service. But before Christmas I'd love buying and sharing not that expensive things like these cards. In general though this is a good thing, love it!

My son ordered a Christmas flowercard for me. when it arrived it was almost dead. On the site it said money back if you are not satisfied. I waited a couple of days to see if the flowers would recover but they did not. By the third day they were dead so I called the helpline and was told they would send me another (I offered to send some pics but they did not want them) . I said I did not want the same one I had and could they send me a different one. I was told no, it had to be the same one. It would be delivered the next day, it was and to be honest, it is not much better than the first one. One the site they look fabulous and for upwards of £20 they should be, mine was £25 plus £5 postage. Very disappointing and would definitely not recommend to anyone. Buy a big bunch from Asda or Tesco, they last so much longer.
