This was a great pack containing a letter from father Christmas, a nice list certificate and a an activity pack. My grandson was thrilled with his letter and certificate he has spent the last week on the activity pack colouring the different pictures. It was great value for money, gave lots of p!easure. The letter contained everything that I had written. I'll definitely be offering year. All the time scales were accurate on delivery.

We heard about this service from a friend, and it did not disappoint. The letter arrived within a day of ordering, the process to order was quick and seamless as well.

It was my son's 3rd Christmas, and he was so excited to open the letter from Santa on Christmas day that was personalised. We have kept this in a memory box and will be ordering for years to come.

Ordered a letter for my daughter from here as an little extra last minute thing, received well before Christmas, and letter was all printed in great quality, very "authentic" looking. Needless to say she loved it, would definitely be confident to use lapland mailroom again in future years!

Had to do a version myself on Christmas Eve and deliver it. No reply to emails, Groupon have been good so far, but I am out - as they say on Dragon's Den - avoid this company - their website is currently taking orders for 2024 - if you wish to borrow my ten foot bargepole please ask!

Letting children down is not acceptable at Christmas ...or at any time

I ordered 3 letters from Lapland Mailroom this year at £8.95 each and none of them arrived. As my youngest daughter is getting older I feel this was the last year of the magic still being well and truly alive. I ordered the letters with the knowledge that they would be here well before Christmas Eve and I could pop the letters in my children’s Christmas Eve boxes. A tradition we have had for some years now. My daughter wrote her letter to Santa and the letter from Lapland Mailroom was carefully tailored to respond to her letter, except, it never arrived. I’m absolutely gutted!

I attempted to contact them but received no response and have since noted that their website has need disabled. No letters, no refund and no way of contacting them now.

I ordered this for my grandson,paid the money for letter and postage!The postman wouldn't deliver it as they hadn't paid postage and my son in law had to pay a further £5 to get it.when I emailed them the answer I got was 'sorry dear,it's nothing to do with us'How unprofessional, will definitely not use again

It’s now 20th December and last day for 1st class. Wasted a lot of time filling out the forms. And no easy way to get a refund. Gutted and frustrated

Add some extra christmas magic to your little ones christmas and order them a letter off santa! You defo won't be disappointed.

I initially had some issues when I ordered and didn't receive a confirmation email, I contacted the what's app number and they were very prompt at replying and confirming my order status and the card arrived today! They offered to send special delivery at their own cost if I hadn't received by the weekend which was a nice touch. My daughter will be very pleased with her letter from Santa!
