The lugs which fit into the reel slots are too shallow. If you put the rod and reel into the water, the cassette slips when reeling in a fish and you lose it as the line tension slackens. I was very disappointed by the customer care department of 'Angling Active' of Stirling, Scotland, from whom I purchased the reel. They showed little interest in my problem so I won't be buying items from them again.
