Orderd 6 Month before! Nothing received!!! No Answer of EMails! WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a kit on the 17th november for a xmas present for my son, i have received no kit and i have emailed twice and nobody replies to my email. Even if my kit turned up now it will not be processed and back in time for xmas, so my experience so far with this company is very poor...

Waited three months. Received the impression kit but still no gum shield.

Paypal should sever all ties with them

Ordered item and paid. Mouth impression kit received after numerous emails. Sent back impression but item never received and emails never responded too.

idem. After several months, NEVER receive mouthguard paid 58 e. No response,

Ordered and payed for an elite mouthguard in march. Still haven't received my mouthguard an they don't react to any email.

From reading the other reviews I stil wait after 3 months in hope that I may still recieve my gum shield but this far outside the turn around time quoted on the website. Zero response from emails that i have sent the company so don't waste your time jsut dont use this company!

The site gave me a good impression because you could pay with creditcard or ideal.

I paid with my creditcard for two mouthguards and received quite quickly the kits to make the moulds.

I send it to guardkit but I never received my mouthguards. They never answer to emails and the phone number that you find on the internet doesn't exist.

I don't understand that this site is still existing although it's obvious that a lot of people have been deceived since several years.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before order on this site!!

Ich habe im Dezember 2013 einen Zahnschutz bestellt. Bezahlt habe ich 81,00 Euro über Paypal (Käuferschutz). Die Ware (Zahnschutz) habe ich nie erhalten und Paypal steht nicht zu ihrem Käuferschutz. Also beides vergessen. Guardkit ist eine Betrugsfirma und der Käuferschutz von Paypal kann man vergessen.
