Excellent Service
We have used Broadway Travel for many years for our annual trip to Madeira and increasingly other holiday breaks. They are always efficient, responsive and accurate. We have never had any problems with the hotel, transfers, flights etc. Of great importance is that if you have a query they provide a phone number and you can speak to a human advisor! The phone is answered quickly and they are friendly and clearly care about offering good service. My wife and I will continue to use Broadway Travel as long as the service remains to the high standard we have experienced over the past few years.
Do Not Use
Worst experience I have ever had with a travel agent. Advertise holidays cheaper than others. When something is too good to be true, it definitely is in this case. Paid for my holiday in good faith, following day got email to say the holiday had gone up by £400. No flights left at the price I booked. Get your money then want more. Go to a better known agency.

Pressure To Pay
I booked to go away 2years ago and changed to this year at an extra cost again flights was cancelled then I had to get the refund now I tried to move it to next year and apparently the price will go up yet again they will not give you your deposit back in the terms and conditions but who reads through them and now they are demanding payment in full or they will prosecute me what a load of bill for me to change they want £300 but tomorrow 2 pm if I cancel there is a charge of £47 on top of the £1200 I've paid avoid this company at all costs go to a real company in case you can't make your holiday they don't care about covid just the bloody money I'm going to fight them for this back but probably no chance as they are ts and cs

Terrible Uncaring Company
Great service when booking, as usual when it comes to a company taking your money.
We found out our holiday was cancelled by another travel company posting about it, we then contacted them and they then confirmed it. No one talks to each other as we had different people saying different things. Their excuse is they won't refund until our cruise company do, although they have had the hotel and flight refunds they have not passed them to us. I don't believe a word they say! It has been over three months since we got notified of the cancellation and no refund has been provided. I will have to go down the legal route like many others will need to go down the legal route. It is a tough time for companies and the way they are treating their customers means it will be tougher for them once things are back to normal.
I won't be booking with them again (This is someone who takes 2-3 holidays a year) and I have been spreading the word to let others know not to either and I know a lot of people that go on holiday, so they have lost out again because of THEIR bad service. Adding to the fact not only do they have mine and my Mum's money, they are not communicating that they are doing anything about processing the refund or keeping us updated. No communication whatsoever. So legal route for us to get our money back, which will cost them more in fees. Terrible company!
Not For Disabled
Egypt bathroom not equipped for disabled Marble floors slippery Can’t go out accosted by beggars this applies to hotel
Nile trip-you have to walk aplank o get on and off the boat no safety rail 4 floors no lifti did no sightseeing because of the plank on and off the rep was useless I asked about flying to Cairo and he just robed me off saying wait until we get to Luxor when we did he was no where to be found so I can say I was so upset when we got back to the hotel I asked about Cairo but was told not possible although I was all inclusive this did not apply to drinks on the Boat
The Holliday was the worst I have ever had and if you continue to hirer reps like mine you will get lots of unhappy people like me

Online Money Stealers
do not book with this company, you book online with a so called final price. they then ring you back and up the price. then refuse to give you your money back.please excercise caution when dealing with this company
Morocco Experience Ruined
No information about what costs to expect, currency to take, amount to tip driver and guide.

Nobody to meet us at the airport. A Thompson rep finally located our guide.
Guide spoke very poor English and understood less so all information was read from a guidebook. He was unable to understand our questions. I learned more from the street sellers in a Berber village on the last day who spoke and understood English and French.
Arriving at our hotel late on the first night we were hit for £100 per person before we were shown to our room or allowed to eat. We subsequently found that we had paid for items provided free by the other tour guide to his group.
Not allowed time to stop or shop unless it suited our guide.
Great Holiday, Some Poor Communication
We booked with this through a deal on TravelZoo; so we got a good price, but it was still more than we normally pay. But I was terrifically impressed with the service from Broadway at the outset, as we had some extras which made us a bit difficult to suit, but the staff member we spoke to directly was really switched on and found several options for us; very communicative and helpful.
However, not long after she left the company, and after that communications were fairly poor - no more personal communications from a name, just 'Admin Mailbox', we were sent emails saying they attached our travel documents when they didn't, then were sent our travel documents in an email saying 'final documents will arrive 2 weeks before your departure' - so we thought there was more to come, but in fact there *wasn't* - it was all *very* muddling and very slow. Also we read some reviews online that really made us worry, about organisation of holidays not working. So we got quite nervous beforehand.
But we needn't have worried - it was a fabulous holiday, and everything worked like clockwork. All the transport arrangements, flights, shuttles, transfers, all the accommodation – all went perfectly. All the accommodation was great, and with good helpful staff, and all the transitions were easy. It was such a wonderfully easeful way to have a holiday – in a country we don’t know well, it was so luxurious to have it all sorted out for us. So after a lot of unnecessary chasing, it was a *superb* holiday
Beautiful Historic Prague
First trip to the beautiful city of Prague . Hotel Duo is a very efficient, stylish and immaculately clean hotel situated outside the city . Using the Metro is very easy. Booking and travel arrangements were also efficient and stress free. Would strongly recommend to anyone. Only issue was that the hotel was very warm and we had to have the window open ! Breakfast was very plentiful with lots of choice. For the money I would have to say this is hard to beat. Staff all very well trained and well mannered . For a extremely busy and large hotel it is a credit that everything seemed so good. Well done. Only shame was I did not eat in the Hotel restaurant. Thanks Broadway Travel .
Q&A
We have booked our holiday 3 weeks ago but keep being sent new accommodation vouchers with different operators. Have received 3 sets of vouchers now and description of room is different on each set. How can we be sure we are going to get what we have paid for? Why is this happening?
We have used Broadway on several occasions and friends have also used them, we have found them to be very good and answered any questions directly. Give them a call and explain your situation i'm sure they will put your mind at ease. We had our last holiday changed as the hotel closed early for a refit, we ended up with a far superior hotel than first booked.
