Disaster New Year’s Eve
Booked fireworks on Thames and meal in restaurant..omega cancelled restaurant to a cocktail party on a boat .(no jeans and no trainers ).we are not cocktail party people .i then got told by my friend that there is no fireworks either this year .omega had not told us this either .this is our whole reason for going .to be told by omega that this is only a minor adjustment.This break they have now tailor made for us is not what we signed up for ..I’m so angry .and have been told nothing they can do .i will never book with omega again .
Tour Cancelled Unable To Refund
My experience wa terrible, I was told in 2 Feb 2020, tour was cancelled due to COVID and refund will be made within 2 weeks. However, it is now more than 8 weeks, I'm still unable to get my refund. I follow up and was told due to high volume of refund, they can only refund in August 2020.
How can this be? It is in the agreement, refund should be within 2 weeks, irregardless how much is the volume.
Only word I can decribe - TERRIBLE eperience.
Fabulous Customer Service
Well I booked a flight from UK to USA. Booking and payment went without a hitch. A week later I was dismayed to realise I would need to return home a month earlier than booked and so I contacted Omega to change the date. After reading some of the reviews I was worried about something happening like my whole booking being cancelled etc. But nothing could be further from the truth. The young lady Zara who dealt with me was absolutely wonderful, she stayed on the phone with me whilst email confirmation of the date change came through. Rang me back to give me details of the flight to double check I was ok with it. Within half and hour of paying the fee for changes which was reasonable i had been issued with my new e-tickets. Fabulous service.
Do Not Use This Company
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Offices in UK but all calls transferred to Indian Call Centre and Accounts office is in China. Requested a refund due to a flight cancellation. Had to wait 12 weeks and no refund. Spent 4 weeks contacting Customer Service in India, constantly put on hold and hung up on, to be told 2-3 days time for refund each time I called and that it was being processed by refund department. In the end, I had to drive to the Head Office and demand the refund. Will never use this company and again and strongly advise you not to either.
Bad Bad Bad
AWFUL & VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been trying to book a flight since yesterday with no luck because they had a problem with VISA Card so I couldn't pay with my only card. I called customer service and they told me I could book my flight during office hours (9-6), I called in the morning, and the customer service was awful and very un respectful, being rude and not giving any solutions.
"book it from the website men" , one of their comment, and I am a lady.
So, if on the website it says you can book through the phone, how can be possible nobody on the customer service couldn't help me?
I called 3 times, the people are behind the phone, are not nice or trying to help.
Dont book with them. bad Karma, bad style....
Awful. Rude. Offensive. Dodgy. Incompetent.
Avoid this company like the plague. They tried to take £2000 from my wife's account. Got the names wrong. Tried to pretend they could not understand what I was saying. Cut our calls off. Never replied to our 50 e mails. Never replied to questions or calls. Booked the wrong flights and then would refund. Nat west got the money back for me in September.
Do not I repeat do not use this firm as they are possibly the worst firm in the world.

This company have been nothing but trouble, no notification of delayed flight only found out when trying to check in.
18hrs later find out that connecting flight is not possible.
Call centre is worse than useless.

Most Hopeless Booking Agent Ever
Absolute shambles. Takes the booking and our £1721 then Omega cancel the flight 1 week after their confirmation. Promised alternatives on six occasions and received nothing. We have called them six times, emailed 3 times, asked for our money back and they said 8 to 12 weeks for a refund.
7 weeks after our booking we still await confirmation of a refund.
THE SCORE ABOVE IS OVERSTATED, I TRIED TO GIVE ZERO BUT 1 APPEARS TO BE THE MINIMUM

Omega Travel - The Most Terrible Booking Agency Ever!
Omega Travel (Omega Flightstore) is the most terrible booking agency I ever dealt with. They booked my wife and 3-year old son on a wrong flight (!!) and caused them stuck at the airport!!!
When we called as emergency they said they would 'investigate and come back' then nothing happened!!
After we complained to ABTA they even denied any fault and blamed us for not check our itinerary with the airline prior to travel!!! Which means as their customer you must check for their mistakes for them! Even the booking was confirmed in written! How could someone be so shameless to deny their fault with written evidence just in front of them?!!
Unbelievably terrible customer service and shameless company! Hard to believe they could survive for so many years.

Horrific And Distressing
BEWARE AT ALL COSTS. THIS COMPANY ARE THEIVES AND DECEPTIVE!!! Had a terrible and distressing experience. Booked a flight for my partner as a gift. Noticed that they put my name on the ticket so called them straight away before his departure. They told me that all was ok on their side and that they would send me the itinerary. They sent this across to me with the wrong return flight without me knowing. Behold we found out on the day of the flight in the airport!!! My partner was unable to board and had to turn back. I was in tears. We tried to contact on the phone with the airline, but they hung up the phone several times, were incompetent at communicating on the phone and were unable to resolve the issue. They they told me there was no refund. But I could claim a measly £85 tax refund after 8-12 weeks if I applied using a form!!!!!
