Swimming Pool Not Available

The accommodation was good with plenty of room. The downside was the swimming pool as it's hardly available. You need to book in advance and it's only open until 4. When we arrived on the Monday our preferred slots had already been taken for the duration of our stay. Considering we had only booked this resort because of the swimming pool it was a big disappointment.

Don't choose this place if you want to use the swimming pool.

I Would Completley Disagree With All These Reviews

I would completley disagree with all these reviews the only plus was after we walked out of our damp smelling run down dated chalet that still had old tooth paste in the sink and wallpaper peeling off the walls, was they refunded our money. The staff are friendly and helpful its a shame they are having to work at easily the worst site I have ever seen. If the photos shown on the parkdean site had accurately shown the exterior and sleeping ares of the cherry chalet I would never have booked it, we paid £260 for 7 nights which was a discount normally priced £330-400 is completley obsurd The smell of damp was that bad we could not physically stay there the beds were no better camp beds and the whole place was filthy.

We Have Been To St. Minver For The Last 6 Years An

We have been to St. Minver for the last 6 years and have absolutely loved it. We have decided to go elsewhere this year because the kids want a change. The pool does need modernizing especially when you compare it to other holiday parks, very old fashioned nothing in it for the little kids, slide is out of use too!

Apart from the swimming pool the lodges are immaculate and clean the manor house is set in woods and is peaceful and quiet.

Nearby are rock and polzeath beaches which are gorgeous, but you do need a car.

I would definately recommend this holiday park it's great for all age groups and our children love it and so do we, i will probably really miss it this year!

Overall I'd Agree With The Other Review. Lovely Pa

Overall I'd agree with the other review. Lovely park decent facilities, the pool does require quite alot of updating as do some other parts of the park but over all very good. Polzeath and the beach are absolute gems, lovely. Would recommend highly.

I Would Recommend St Minver Holiday Park To Famili

I would recommend St Minver Holiday Park to families with young children, we have been every year for the past 5 years. Near to great beaches at Polzeath and Rock. You do need a car to get about, it is not in walking distance of beaches or shops.
