We Have Been Going To Garston Cops For About 20 Ye
We have been going to garston cops for about 20 years , lovely quiet site , very clean toilets and showers. The river side walk is really nice. Remember when the second field was opened up and this year a third field. I was disappointed that the cues for the showers were so long this time. Also washing up facilities very poor, not enough of them now it’s a bigger site also very cramped , not good with Covid in mind. Our grandchildren enjoyed mixing with other children. We probably won’t use the site again due to the lack of facilities. Also a small shop would be good for milk eggs bread etc.

Graston Copse Is Just Outside Of Bridport In A Vil
Graston Copse is just outside of Bridport in a village called Burton Bradstock in West Dorset. Upon arrival you are met with a park that has around 30-40 static homes but the campsite is out the back of these and almost completely separate. One you have driven through the static homes there are a couple of smaller areas for parking up, or one larger field which is where were went. It was not busy and we had plenty of space. We were in a small campervan and we were mixed in with people in tents.
The facilities are of a really good standard and seemed to be regularly cleaned. It was very nice that there was a (optional) short walk through the copse to the block from the field we stayed in. It is very pretty and quiet. Even the 'hubbub'of Burton Bradstock is a good 20-30 walk away.
The absolute best thing about this campsite though is the location that it gives you to explore West Dorset. Seaton, Lyme Regis, Westbay and so many other small towns and villages are just amazing places to visit, especially for any fish lovers!
