No Bus!
I have booked with EasyBus several times for Geneva skiing transfers and they have worked well. This time, the bus did not turn up. I waited for over an hour before having to arrange for a taxi through the Apls in order to make my flight. Having contacted EasyBus, they have replied once to try and pass me on to another partner and have not replied since or given me a refund. Terrible customer service, can't contact them except through a poorly designed chat website. Book at your own risk.

Bus Did Not Show Up
I booked the bus service from West Brompton to Gatwick on Friday 17 May 2019 at 05.00.
However the bus never showed, and having waited 30 minutes, I was left with no other option but to get an uber to the airport at a cost of c.£90.
I have since complained to the Company and they have responded stating that the 'service in question was terminated due to a breakdown'.(please note that they did not inform me of the cancellation until I complained!)
However as I was the only one waiting for the bus (and the only one booked on it), it looks increasingly evident that the Company decided to cancel the service as it was not economical for them to run the service.
So you run the risk of the service not being 'full' then the Company may cancel the service and they will not tell you in the meantime.
Totally unacceptable in my opinion!
I for one, will never use them again.
Get A Taxi And Save Money
The bus may not turn up. They will probably not tell you they will not turn up. You may wait for the bus for a long time but you will not find out whether it is coming or not. You will not be able to phone them to find out. You may miss your flight. They may offer you compensation but only up to the ticket value. They do not care about their passengers. I would suggest that you pay a little bit extra and get a taxi. Often it is likely to cost you much more by using Easybus due to their unreliability.

Awful Service, Unreliable And Dangerous
We were a group of 8, so plenty to fill a bus. Our outbound bus did not turn up in Geneva. A text arrived after 30 mins of waiting to say it ad been delayed and would be there an hour and 15 late. It never showed, what actually happened is they tried to fit us all on the later 10.45pm bus. There were not enough seats and w had to sit 3 on a 2 seat and on a suitcase in the isle. On the way back it was 30 mins late, thee driver kept falling aleep as the wheel and snoring so we were lucky to arrive at all, but we nearly missed our flight due to the lateness.
There were other shuttles from easy bus at the airport but the drivers wouldn't help us, answer questions or in fact be any use at all. very rude. They are clearly overworked, unhappy and the service is dangerous. Do not use. Alpybus are not too much more expensive but run a really helpful service.

Good Service
From Gatwick South terminal to West Brompton; minibus arrived at the exact designated time, the friendly driver was of good assistance with bags.
There was a lot of traffic and he took a nice alternative route. 90 minutes later we stopped at Lillie Road, this is the time needed by any vehicle anyway in morning traffic.
Granted, the bus was not very fancy and it takes longer by road.
I only paid 2 pound! So stop complaining about this company.
Do Not Book Tickets With This Company
DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked a ticket a couple of months back to travel from London Old street to Stansted airport. They, however cancelled the trip and offered me a replacement journey with different company. The journey available there was much longer and I would have to leave from a different station 40 minutes before I was supposed to leave. So I tried to contact Easybus company to help me book a ticket that would be more suitable for me but they did nothing other than telling me to use their website. After a couple more emails they started ignoring me and ignored all my emails for a month. Then a gave up, cancelled the trip and claimed for a refund. I even sent them a letter claiming for a refund but have not been refunded anything yet, nor contacted either. THIS COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL-DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

We booked a ride on the 23:00 bus from Luton to Liverpool st. There were at least 12 people waiting for the bus at the designated station. The 23:00 bus did not arrived, nor the 23:30 or the 00:00. We had to share an Uber with other angry passengers. They don't have anyone at the desk in the terminal, there is a phone number on the ticket but no one picks up and don't even bother to check their website for emergency contact or any number for enquiry because all there is is a form to fill in.
Appalling service, one of the worst I've seen.

Would Not Recommend This Service
Poor service at Charles de Gaulle airport. This bus was supposed to be an easy way of getting from the airport to our hotel. However it was very late coming possibly due to rush hour traffic, but there seemed to be only one bus, so ended up very late. There was supposed to one every half hour but that didn't happen!! By the time it came there were a lot of people waiting and we only just fitted in( it only had about 10/11 seats), so potentially we could have been waiting another hour.
There was no apology, for being late. The driver wasn't rude, but arrived and went for his break( of course he is entitled to a break!!)no explanation was given about reasons for being late even when asked.
It would have been good for them to have been honest and say during rush hour time the service may be delayed. We would have got the train, and we will do next time.

Cheap But Not Reliable
We booked a return journey with easybus from Charles de Gaule airport to/from Paris for mid Oct 2015. The bus was 20 mins late on arrival at the airport but 45 mins late on arrival at Palais Royale to pick us up leaving us feeling anxious & very wet (having arrived at the pick up point 1/2 early!). The bus driver from the airport was British and very pleasant and helpful....unlike the local French driver who picked us up without an apology but did tell the French travellers the traffic was bad. I would suggest you only use Easybus if you are on a tight budget, have plenty of time to spare and don't mind risking being picked up at random times!
Also we had NO phone number for Easybus (which we only realised when standing in the pouring rain) despite having printed up email confirmations. I would therefore recommend having a back up plan for alternative transport methods....

Rudest Aggressive Bus Driver I've Ever Seen On The Planet.
Geneva Airport to Chamonix. Difficult to find where to wait as are no signs. Took 25 minutes to find where to wait. Waited with a guy who'd been waiting 3 hours and no bus. Mine turned up at 12. The guy who'd been waiting tried to get on and the driver shouted at him, was rude and aggressive and quite frankly, scary. Kept shouting "not my problem, not my problem!". Eventually he let him on. Then 2 girls ran up when just about to drive off, saying they couldn't find where to wait which wasn't surprising at all. Then the driver kicked off again shouting at them shouting "your responsibility to find the bus!" I willl never use this bus again. No way!!

Bought a ticket to use easy bus scheduled for Friday around 6/7 in the morning. Will this be a reliable service and get me into London on time? Not sure now I've read the reviews. Thanks!
