waited almost 35 mins at the hotel lobby. No phone call no information.

Very bad service

We used Prime Time Shuttle for a recent trip to Los Angeles. Online booking was easy and we found the shuttle very easily after departing our flight from the instructions give to us. We shared the ride with a couple others, but everything went smoothly and was efficient. We will use this service to return to the airport after our holiday.

I've been using Prime Time Shuttle for awhile now. I am a consistent flyer, I use them from and to LAX. They have always been on-time, efficient, and reliable. I would recommend them to other people whether it's your first time or if your always traveling. It's also good because they accommodate a lot of luggage and they are much cheaper than a taxi. The only thing you do have to watch out for is traveling with other people you don't know. But otherwise I recommend them.
