Incompetent, unhelpful, don't listen. All I wanted to do was more the pick-up by 7 hours and was on a call 2 hours later and they didn't understand. Wanted to charge me £500 cancellation fee. THEY ARE THE WORST. Don't touch with a bargepole.

I had booked a car with another rental company, but they don't accept bank cards. Nor did anyone else except Enterprise. The enterprising young woman at the desk made everything easy. I was in a car and on my way in minutes... My business appointment was about a 45 minute drive away, and I was there in plenty of time. The return journey saw me back at the airport about an hour ahead of the scheduled dropoff time. The young woman who inspected the car was thorough and fast. I was finished in seconds... This was a perfect transaction from start to finish. I liked the efficiency, the courtesy, and speed with which Enterprise handled this transaction.

National Car Rental at Bozeman Airport was convenient, very easy and fast to pickup and return the car. We had a great car (Santa Fe SUV) that was new, nice, and had excellent performance.

Never received a response or a refund from these guys.

Car was never available at Milano Linate Airport.

The agent when I picked up my car was very helpful and when I returned it the night before my flight the agent was very helpful as well. It was a very good experience.

Service was great. Car was ready. Price was the same as quoted. Easy to drop off. I will rent from Thrifty again and would recommend to a friend.

Off the plane into the Sky Harbor rental center bus, short ride to the center , checked in to Budget, elevator to waiting rental. KIA SUV was great.

Return was also easy.
