This is the second time Atlas car rentals at Melbourne Airport have not had a car available even after confirming that a car was available over Christmas holiday period using the poor excuse that the car had not been returned by the previous hirer. Don't be fooled, this is the second time with the same excuse.

Great rates, friendly staff and trustworthy credit process. Ticked all the boxes for a great site and car rental for me. Pick up was quick and so was drop off, no dilly-dallying. Will most probably use the site again when I visit my daughter in Sydney next month. Satisfied customer.

There was sale on Avis rentals in Sydney, but I decided to go with the AutoEurope deal. I couldn't find these sales on any other rental site and it fit perfectly with my school holidays.

There was a double upgrade sale to Darwin a couple of weeks ago, the prices smoked any other deals we saw going there. We decided to splurge and get large sedan. Everything went smooth the transaction. Will use again

No problems with this site, they delivered what they promised and the rates seemed very reasonable. I flew into Melbourne airport and had the car for three days, delivered back to Melbourne airport and paid what I thought would've been a two day rental fee. Thanks

I have to admit I was a very picky customer and called up the call center twice to change my booking but the staff were great and very helpful. The prices were great for what I wanted to pay for. The people behind the rental car desk at the airport tried to sell me lots of extras which was annoying but I'm guessing that wasn't to do with the website... A great site

Flew into Los Angeles to catch a concert and decide to turn it into an epic roadtrip all the way up to San Fran. Great experience

The company gives good value for money and met my requirements while I was in Melbourne.

The whole experience from the get go was easy and reasonably cheap. The car could've been more economical but there were many more to chose from on the website that I should've looked at. Great job team, keep it up.

On the whole it was a very good clean operation. No problems with collection except the service desk was a bit busy when we arrived but that's not the websites fault. When we rang up the service desk, they were very helpful.
