Auto Rent

Haben ein Auto mit abgefahrene Reifen bekommen. Man riskiert so das Leben. Haben 2 Tage in verschiedenen Werkstätten verbrachtund ein kaputtes Reifen ersetzt. Bei Rückgabe wurde uns gesagt, dass wir 2 Reifen bezahlen müssen. Unverschämte Geschäftsabzocke.

We have used Auto Rent a number of times in Faro and never had a problem. Excellent service from nice people. Pick up at airport carpark and 5 minutes later collecting car from office. Could not be easier. Excellent value, service and price.

Very pleasantly surprised by the rental. I had read a lot of negative reviews about car rentals in general, I was not reassured. But no problem with Auto rent.

Took a car from Auto Rent for 10 days, June 20th to 30th.

Staff were extremely professional, helpful, efficient and polite. Everything was made clear and simple. Thorough inspection of car on collection and drop off, which was all done in quick time. Shuttle bus driver (Mr Venezuela) was a lovely man.

Our car was quiet new, low milage, spotless, very comfortable and just perfect. A great experience.

Guter Service und seriöser Anbieter den man am Flughafen Faro weiterempfehlen muss .Würde dort jederzeit wieder buchen . Dagegen sind Anbieter wie Sixt usw wahre Verbrecher die ihre Kunden nur Abzocken . Also wenn Faro dann auf jeden Fall Autorent????

Auto Rent is the best Car Hire Company in Faro. Cars are all good clean new cars, there are plenty of staff in the office, so you never have to wait for long. There is no hard sell for upgrades or insurance. The agent comes out with you to inspect the car, unlike many other companies just send you out to find it, then if there is more damage than is recorded you have to go back and wait to have the report changed. On return of the vehicle the inspection is quick and your deposit is released right then while you are present. I have been renting cars at Faro for 9 years and tried many companies but without any doubt Auto Rent are the best, so I always return.

Fast and a efficient service car clean

Have been using Autorent at Faro Airport twice a year for the last 10 years. No cancellation worries, as you pay on collection. Car bodywork often has a few small dints and scratches when you pickup but there's no fuss when you return it. You only need to pay for the fuel you use, as you are asked to return it with the same fuel reading as when you collected it. Friendly multi-lingual staff with much improved website of late. Haven't been tempted to shop around since using this operator.

Very good service all together! Good prices, quick and good costumer service, very helpful and friendly staff and manager, that gave a lot of support even when I had some problems using the van. It has been the second time I was their client, I highly recommend this company and I intend to use their services again.

The best experience in car rental! Never a hassle, especially when asking for a change or an optional car. We always go for long term compacts, and have rented for more than 100 days consecutively and 4 times over 4 years. Once they let us swap cars for a larger car for a week when the kids were visiting, and just charged the change in size, like 10/day. Again when I failed to push the confirm button on the website, they still honored the rental, months later when we arrived.
