We booked a car through Bespokes for our wedding and were only told the day before that the car was no longer available. Given that it was too late to book anything else you would, as a bare minimum, expect a sympathetic from the lady from Bespokes but she quite obviously couldn't have cared less. We received no apology and they were not willing to provide a refund the same day, despite the fact that we had to drop everything to look for a new wedding car that day. Very poor all round.
I would not rely on this company for a special occasion.

Agreed mate just returned a lotus elise to bespokes and im frightened how much of my deposit they will keep for damage i did not cause..

I Received A Great Service From Bespokes Car Hire.
I received a great service from Bespokes Car Hire. It arrived on time, and the car was stunning.
Car was late arriving, and no one was there when i returned it. I get a phone call from bespokes when i return home saying the car is damaged. Been to inspect the car and the damage i saw was not apparent on collection as the car was dirty and what i thought where water marks are infact cracks in the paintwork.
Good points.. The car itself was great fun.
Bad points.. Car was late arriving and no one showed up to collect the car when i returned with it. The car had a few knocks and scratches over it. If you give them the oppotunity they will claim you damaged the car to keep the deposit.
