We had excellent customer service...prompt response to emails...all went smoothly at malaga airport picking up rental car....

Others weren't quite as fortunate but our experience was without stress.

Fair And Reasanoble, Not There To Get You Pay More

I rented a car via a broker. As there was no small car available i got a free upgrade. Then i took the car for 2 days longer and i only sent an email. Then i realised the 2 extra days are to be payed directly to Bravo. I looked at there website and saw that 2 days might cost me 400 euro, a fortune! When i arrived, a bit nervous, they friendly said the extra costs are 40 euros only! This is customer service, great! For sure the car had some minor dents when i picked it up, but we are In Ibiza, thats all right. Altough i was picked up from the airport by a shuttle, you cam easaly walk to them, 5 min to first roundabout towards exit. Tip; print your voucher ( at least when you rent via a broker, at some point they need the printed voucher, but allowed me to give it to them when returning the car.

Budget Car Hire Well Worth The Money

Excellent service, a little confusing at times due to language but the wait on arrival was quite normal and return was rapid.

It`s Spain just chill...

Cars had some damage which we checked and I really prefer this as they were not critical on drop off.

The car was not the prettiest I had seen but it was clean and comfortable.

If you were flash they had a lovely red Jeep which was spotless.

Bet you had to pay a little more for that one...

This is one of the cheapest car hires I have ever had, about £17 for 4 days.

Old Piece Of Junk For A Car

In general the service was friendly, but the car we were offered is an old piece of junk, all scratched and damaged on the outside and smelly and disgusting inside. Sometimes it doesn't start at once, we still have to see if we make it till the end of holiday. this was done under an excuse this is low season and all cars are in repair.

We Always Used Sky Cars In The Uk, They Went Bust,

We always used Sky cars in the UK, they went bust,selected Bravo on Google.

Unlike Sky Cars, you pay at destination, not when you book,excellent dfference:)

Good choice of hire companies,we prefer Sol Mar, having used them all over the years.

Seamless at Sol Mar reception,positive reaction to Bravo.

Will use Bravo in future.

We booked a vehicle through Bravo Car Hire for a week. Malaga Airport. The best rates on their site were with Centauro so we booked with them. Very happy with service and car both from Bravo and Centauro. Would recommend and we'll be booking again for the summer soon.

We Went To Collect Our Car At 8.30pm Christmas Eve

we went to collect our car at 8.30pm christmas eve to find a note on the window saying sorry we are closed called back tomorrow. We had to pay 50euros for a taxi and got a friend to run us back on 26th.Luckily we did not have to get a taxi. The car firm Record always closes early on 24th but no mention of this through bravo although we booked in october, all the other rentals were open. We asked for reduction for 2 days less told us to contact bravo no reply after numerous phone calls to took car. Since arriving back in UK bravo have not acknowledged our emails. We would never use them again you should be informed when booking if rental company closes early.I have rated vehicle as poor as there was no vehicle.I have clicked one star as the the form could not be submitted without there are no stars.

I've Booked My Holiday Car Hire (in The Costa Blan

I've booked my holiday car hire (in the Costa Blanca) twice with Bravo Car Hire.com. No complaints at all - really easy booking process (easier than most) and cheap rates. You choose your car, submit name and e-mail address and they send you a hire voucher. You pay when you pick up from their supplier. No problems with the cars either - both from Centauro. Clean and new.
