I bought this company through Discover cars.com. They have failed to give me my deposit back. Looking at the reviews, this looks like a common trend for these scammers. If I’d known I was actually renting from car one I would’ve done my homework on the company first and you can clearly see that they do anything they can to keep your money. I’m currently fighting through my bank to get the money back. I visited Bulgaria 10 times and these people are giving their country a bad name. Please don’t get caught out like I many others have.

Great service. I am very satisfied with the people. Helped me a lot. Gave me good information and advice. The car was new and clean. I got the deposit back to my credit card the same day, when I return the car. I really recommend them.

Stay away from this company, and do not get fooled by their lower prices. The company employs shady practices and does have extremely poor customer service, along with old and worn fleet vehicles (both cars I was provided did have more than 100k on the odometer). Initially I was given a car of a lower class than the one I booked. Later in the evening I received a call from their office to inform me that the car's 3rd party liability insurance will expires on the next day. They can't renew it, and I need to drive back to their office to get the car changed yet again. Тwo office employees were waiting in the dark and handed off the keys for an old Chevy Aveo automatic imported from the united states. Couple days later, when I returned the car they "discovered" a scratch on the rear bumper that could have been easily there, as no proper walk around was conducted at the time of the rental and charged $120 for it. I'm pretty sure that the "scratch" in question was actually just dirt on the bumper. They will even try to charge for a stain on the seat. The price difference of their rentals is not worth the risk of being scammed by these people, better go with the well known names as Enterprise, Avis, Hertz etc and save yourselves the troubles.

There was a representative of car 1 waiting for us at Sofia airport and he drove us to their office where the car was already prepared. Everything went very smooth and easy. The car was in great condition with less than 2000 miles on the clock. I would definitely use them again.

I like the fact that they don't have hidden charges. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the company to all my friends that are going to visit Bulgaria. Thank you for everything.

Hired a car from them for 2 weeks in August. They promised that I'd have the car I booked, a 2 year old Seat, instead they gave me an 8 year old VW Polo with 150,000 hard Kms on the clock, when the air conditioner was running it, we couldn't talk to each other in the car it was so loud.

I had paid extra for Super CDW insurance, no excess but they still asked for 200 EUR deposit. Picked the car up in the middle of the night and the guy dropping it off asked me to inspect it with his phone torch?? Returned the car, was told no problems and my deposit will be refunded, only to be emailed a couple of days later telling me that they're charging me "only" 39 Euro for a light scratch they found.

Like most Bulgarian companies, they'd rather rip you off for peanuts and lose you as a return customer instead of treat you correctly in return for a loyal customer.
