Erboy Car In Fethiye!, Ecr Facilitating!

I became a victim of a big sham at ErBoy car in Fethiye. When I returned the rental car back, the representative asked me to give him my rental copies and then asked me to sign two papers for returning the car without giving me any paper back. Once at home, I saw that they had charged the deposit to me and said that the car was damaged what is totally not true. although I had full insurance with no excess it seems useless because you are asked to provide police report! Although I have already informed Economy Car Rentals about this trick by BoyCar they are still advertising them on their website as a deal and by doing so facilitating those at BoyCar in Fethiye.

Economy Car Rentals had to inform the customer clearly about the uselessness of any full damage insurance when no police report provided even if no third party involved. This make BoyCar able to trick you from your deposit under fake statement that the car is damaged and because they do not give you your papers back you can not prove anything!

Never Never Again !!!

Off course they gave us another car then our reservation. Car was so dirty on the outside as inside as well. The smell was horrible. we did not fit in the car they gave us. The tires were all flat on the oustide zo it was as if we were iceskating. The car did not have had his service check. Very old car. Staff very rude en did not gave us any explanation. We gave a 1000TL depozit en they gave us 950TL on return. They could not tell us why they had withdrawn the 50TL en dit not return it as well. NEVER NEVER AGAIN !!

Shocking Service

I hired a fiat family car as had our 2 children with us and lots of luggage, they tried giving us a Nissan micra, when I refused it as the luggage didn't fit in the boot they charged me another £60 for the fiat that I had paid for in first place. The car seat that I also paid for was dirty and the harness was tied in a knot.

Erboy does not give you the best car, but sure they give you the best price and quality.

you are not shammed by a large deposit. before you arrive email them and make sure what is the amount of deposit you need to make.

I have had a great experience wit ERBOY and all the guys who work there are simply great.

Assaulted By Their Staff

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RENTING FROM ERBOYCAR RENTAL

I rented a car from them from Oct to November 2016. They told me long term rate was 50 TL a day which i agreed to. I placed my credit card on file as required and after 3 weeks i received a email from my bank saying that they blocked my credit card, When i called my bank they informed me that i was being charged on a daily bases once sometimes twice for several hundred dolllars at a time. i was shocked because i didn't understand why. When i called the rental company they said that the car they had rented me is now sold and thats why they were charging me extra. What???? i told them thats not my problem that you sold a car while in the hands of a customers and that they are crazy for charging me these stupid rates. I told them that i was going to return the car and expected a refund if necessary. After that conversation i contacted my bank and asked them to keep the block on until this issues was resolved. Upon returning the car the staff i signed the paper work and released the car back to them. Mind you they had charged me two months of rental in 3 weeks. when i left with the office they ran towards me saying stay 20 minutes our boss wants to talk to you. i told them why? i dont have time for that i have to go to a meeting. He then started punching and kicking me saying i was rude to his boss over the phone, and ripped my jacket. I was there with my Girlfriend, and he had 6 other guys with him and he still lacked the balls to keep the fight between us and pushed my girl friend too. This company should be shut down and the staff sent to Jail.

Be Careful To Give Your Credit Card Information

I have rent car through Rentalcars.com services and these was the worst time rent a car in my whole life

Starting with asking for Renault Clio gasoline with manual gearbox for 10 days

What I received from Erboy Car Rental at istanbul ?

1-Fiat liana diesel with manual gearbox !

2- rent car office was not in international airport, it was in domestic airport and there was no sign about location so spend one hour to find!

3- in place of block 500 TR as insurance , they charge directly !!

4- car was Damaged from side but I didn't recognize because it was very cold and light was low in barking and car was dirty outside and inside so it was my mistake to not search under dirt to find damages and scratches and diesel tank was not full

5- agent Say he don't have another car and for me I can't search for different car after three months of booking.

6- as soon as I left airport parking tier pursuer sensor lights on.

7- I have a booking for ferryboat so I drive to port Marin.

8- later on break sensor light on .

9- at return the car there was small scratch from under car front and it was not recognize but I till the rent car officer and he wrote it and I told him About old one and he said it's fine he will control and refund blocked insurance and no need to come with him to office .

Then I left to catch my flight , but suddenly I receive two SMS from my bank that 750 TR had cut from my account twice!!!

I call the agent but he insisted that all car damage because of me !!

That means he cut 500 TR as insurance + 750 + 750

These not car rental office , these credit card phishing agent ..

Run Away! We Had Full Insurance And A Taxi Hit Us

Run away! We had full insurance and a taxi hit us in the traffic with doing a back gear. Entirely his fault and we paid full insurance for such cases. Erboy knew this and they withdraw TRY 1700 from our credit card without our knowledge. We had all the police reports, all the documents in place. They made this on purpose as they can get the money from the insurance anyways. They were very rude when we want to defend our basic customer rights. Shouting us, treating us very rudely, not even looking at our faces when we talk and telling that we have to pay and that's it. We were at the airport, giving back the car and dealing with this and meanwhile trying to catch our flight. As they were also aware that we needed to catch our flight, they did everything they could to make it more difficult. In the end, we went to the airport police and he gave them a call with even additional documents. Then they gave us TRY 1200 back. They still owe us TRY 500 which they had taken for the tolls. They said to call in 2 weeks. We did. they said to call back in 2 weeks as they need to check things with insurance. I don't see the relation but we again did. We again did and did. Now, he turns off the phone on my face and do not take any of my calls. They try to get your money and treat you beyond rudely. Run away!!!

I recently rented the car in November 2016. As it was really cheap, I opted for them. I bought extra insurance for 12$. On the second day, I had an accident and despite having the report, they rejected the report (saying it's written in Turkish, somebody wrote it for you. Yes the damn report form was in Turkish. So the guys around the accident helped to write it). Eventually, they on the spot charged me 1100 lira (350$) and for the two gallons of fuel used (i couldn't refill it as I headed to airport right after accident) - he charged me 20$ which I believe also rippoff. The worst - on top of 1100 lira paid, they kept my 500 lira deposit on the card. So eventually, I paid 1600 lira (the turkish guys told me that my insurance should cover and the damage is maximum 150$ worth). So they charged me more than 500$. NEVER GO FOR CHEAP OPTIONS. The guy who workes at Erboy domestic terminal of Istanbul airport is very RUDE, very bad mannered person.

When We Picked Up The Car At Dalaman Airport We Sa

When we picked up the car at Dalaman Airport we saw some scratches at the rear wheel ornamental rim. According to the agent this was no problem. During the first 10 km we were warned by other drivers that this cap almost coming off the wheel so we took it off the be sure we wouldn’t loose it or hurt someone. Also we didn’t receive the car not clean at the outside.

At returning the car after 3 weeks and about we were aggresively confronted with the damage we didn’t make. The took us in an office to discuss and meanwhile our car filled up with fuel as agreed in the contract. After this we received the bill of the fuel and the extra day we had to pay because we didn’t deliver the car at the agreed time at 12:30 pm but at 19:30 pm.

We know that our fuel tank was more then half full so about 20 ltr but we were confronted with a bill of 40 ltr , which is impossible. So during out discussion in the office we where ripped of for about €20,-.

I don’t care about this money but the fact that it was stolen on a very aggressive way. This gave me and my wife a very bad last day in Turkey knowing that the employees of this company are no representitives of the good Turkeys people we have met before. I would discribe ERBOYCAR only as criminals.

I will never rent a car from ERBOYCAR in Dalaman again.

Deposit Withheld Due To Sandy Carpets

The Bodrum Milas office withheld my deposit because they said the carpets had sand on them. Over a 2 week holiday the carpets are likely to get a bit sandy. That is no reason to withhold the deposit. There in no justification for this in the contract.
