Insularcar Funchal, Madeira, Through Economy Car Hire
We rented a Renault Clio from Insularcar in Funchal through Economy Car Hire. It was cheaper than renting direct, an excellent price. The car was good value for money. It was clean, in working order and looked fine (although a close look did show up a lot of marks). It made it up all the hills we tried it on (with 2 people in the car).
The company gave us no problems about fuel, additional insurance or anything. They seemed honest and trustworthy. I would definitely rent with them (through Economy Car Hire) again.
