I Won't Order From Them Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a car in Cretes and paid for a full coverage expecting to receive a car with no issues.
When I arrived there they tried to sell me a full coverage for a big sum of money and I showed them that I already paid for it but they insisted that I'm not protected.
I told them that I want to cancel and they said go to your provider but my wife and kids were tired, hungry and impassioned from the journey so I decided "to take a chance" but then we hardly used the car worrying that something will happen.
Buy the way I ordered a polo and got a Citroen and it didn't seem like they even tried to save me the car I ordered.
I ordered two baby seats and had to remind them that I paid for that too and they have a stupid law that they don't assemble the seats they can only guide me how to do so, I expect to get a car I order with baby seats assembled in the car.
I have to say that they are not professional or too kind and didn't even try to check the order.
Returning the car was ok, no problems.
I won't order from them again!

Right Car Rental? Not Right… But Very Wrong!
I've been renting cars for over 30 years, and this is the worse and shadiest company I've ever dealt with. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Their parent company is RENT A CAR 4Less Miami, could be doing business as ACO Rent a Car as well. We reserved the car at Priceline thinking we scored such a great deal. Little did we know it was all a scam and shame on Priceline for using this rental car company. Our reservation was for 8/16/22 to
8/22/22 for Orlando airport. Little did we know it wasn't at the airport and you had to take a shuttle to Wally Park to get your car. The shuttle was free, so we didn't think much of it, but when we got to the lot to pick up the car, we had to get a on a video call with a representative located in Miami. It was all pleasant at first with providing them with driver’s license, credit card info, and insurance for their records. Then the representative says please insert your credit card for a deposit of $250 plus a charge
for $224. We questioned the charges, the $250 is refundable but the $224 was for Surpass and additional insurance coverage. Why did I need additional insurance when I provided him with my
current Geico coverage and Amex credit card which covers rentals. Told him I want to decline it all because I can pay for all the tolls with coins at the booths and my insurance fine. He proceeded to tell me that its FL state law that rental companies needed additional coverage for rentals cars. As for the
Surpass, it was built into the cars, and I had to pay all tolls using their pass no matter what. If I declined the pass, I would get charged $26 per toll even if I paid it out of pocket myself. In other words, I had no choice but to pay to use their Surpass and their insurance since it was FL state law. I complained about their tactics and said there was nothing on Priceline that stated all these additional fees when I reserved. We tried to contact Priceline while we were there but couldn't get a hold of anyone to verify the fees and Priceline reservation couldn't be cancelled. The representative saw that we were about to leave so he told us that he can give us a discount and brought the charges down to $190. Do we get on the shuttle and head back to the airport to try and get another rental card, plus risk losing the Priceline
charge? We had 2 kids who were tired and hot, so we just went ahead and took the car. It was a black Camry which had only 2000 miles on it. Who gets a black car in FL? We checked the car and there wasn't any major damage, so everything seems fine throughout the trip. We returned the car early, checked the car, full gas, cleaned out garbage. Everything seemed fine until today we get an invoice via email for a scratch on the left rear door. They attached a picture of it, and it was literally a dot (spec)
and I'm 100% sure it wasn't there when we dropped the car off. The invoice was for over $600 to paint and clear coat to repair the scratch. Something I could've cleaned up with a little compound and buff in under 10 mins. We replied to their email, and they asked us to send proof that the car didn't have a scratch when we dropped it off. We're still in the midst of this dispute but I wanted to get the word out so good people don't get scammed by them. A nice vacation turned into a nightmare having to deal
with this company. There is no state law that required us to get additional insurance from them when we already had coverage through our own provider.

Hidden charges!! Terrible. Terrible. Terrible cars. The car they gave us had duct tape on the bumper. Not reliable for a family that includes a 3 year old and 4 month old infant.

Avoid!!!
1) Narcosse Rd. is NOT where they are located!
2) Car wasn't ready; 45 minutes to clean, if I could wait that long
3) USAA insurance was not accepted, so they tried to charge me $30/day for their insurance.
4) Due to #2 above, the video chat (no human at desk) lady offered to cancel. Due to all the problems, I did so and went next door to Advantage and got a car $20 cheaper.
5) Booked thru Travelocity and they stated that Right-Cars would not agree to a refund.
6) Credit card dispute in progress. Will never use Right-Cars or Travelocity again.
I really wish I'd read this before booking through travelocity. Location listed in Miami is an Embassy Suites...they'd never heard of "Right Cars" Paid a milky eyed cab driver $54 to takes up .8 miles there and back to the airport to find a rental from a company that actually exists

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
They will try to charge you for every kind of insurance or toll pass available. We arrived to the place and one of the girls working there tried to push every kind of insurance you can imagine on us for 45 minutes. Then she told us that if we didnt wanted to pay for the insurances THAT WE ALREADY PRE-PAID, we would have to give a $3500 deposit. We had to wait for like 2 hours until the shuttle arrived at the place to take us back to the airport to rent from another company. They refused to give us the car even though we had already pre paid everything needed from discovercars.com.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Riga RIX airport - company doesn´t exist there for several months, but voucher was sold by contractor. Nobody answered by phone, only automat. Renting different car from another company at the counter is much more expensive !
Right Car Wàs Wrong
We booked a rental car to use in Los Angeles. We booked the car through Expedia for a great rate in Canadian dollars. When we went to pick up the car we were told that Expedia had not paid Right. We contacted Expedia while we were at Right Cars and found out that Expedia had attempted to pay Right three times but Right would not accept the funds in Canadian dollars. We were asked to pay the same price but in US funds which was no longer a deal. We left without a car and used Uber instead.
Worst Business To Rent A Car!!!
Thanks to Expedia I was able to get a full refund. I arrived in Florida with a receipt from Expedia to rent a car from Right Rental Company. I arrived late my family was tired and when I handed the clerk receipt he laughed and said nobody gets a car this cheap" I argued for them to honor the contract but no luck. I decided to rent the car with the idea of call Expedia in the morning and getting the family to the hotel. Long story short I brought the car back to a cab to budget and rented a another car. I call my credit card company and told them not to pay Right car. Right charged ne full price and continued to submit their payment for the next 3 months, my credit card company Chase paid them and I disputed the claim 3 times only to lose because my contract with right stated that if you return the car early you will be liable for the full charge. I no longer do business with Chase bank. I was very happy when Expedia stepped in and paid my bill to Chase. Both Right car rental and Chase bank have absolutely have the worst customer service I have ever seen! Please stay away from Right Car rental at all cost and stop doing business with Chase bank. We booked car hire through Ryanair and weren't sure what to expect but RIGHT CAR exceeded any expectations we may have had. 10 minutes after we landed in Tallinn we had a phone call from the reservation staff informing us that due to road works at the terminal their office had been moved and to be sure we had no delay we were given precise instructions to get there. There was no queue, the car was almost new, clean, ready and the assistant was friendly and helpful, The paper work was completed quickly with no hard sell/nonsense about extra insurance etc as we already had our own excess insurance. we drove away within one hour of landing..happy customers
