In general, a good experience with this car rental company. Lower prices compared to other rental companies. Quality people, very polite. No extra taxes everything was transparent. I went to Swiso rent a car Bucharest in Calea Rahovei 266 sector 5, after I had a very bad experience with another local company from Otopeni, regarding a Dacia Duster hire. The front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. I used the van to go abroad, and they offered me a brand new one...! From the first moment, they explained to me all the costs I would have faced for the rental, and everything was smooth as the oil. I was really satisfied, great customer service and (really) very helpful people. if I will need it in the future, I will come back there again...! Great...!
