went on a week long holiday through thomas cook but could have stayed longer the staff at the hotel were wonderful and helpful .

the thomas cook rep in the hotel was great couldn't do enough to help people were she could . thank you Jennifer .

the food was ok plenty of choose every night .

Definitely not a 4* most likely 2* maybe 3* on a great day. Hotel for german/french/ eastern block tourists. We visited 2/5/10- 09/05/10 and there were no signs or information in English.

Food although well cooked was repetitive and that was during a 7 day stay.

Would not return

The place was NOT 4A or 4* or whatever they tell you it is.... we ended up paying an extra £350.00 to be moved to another hotel that they were selling as 4A or 4* (Thomas Cook) that was 10x better. I would not recommend here!
