"I don't honestly know where these good reviews come from for this place I am pretty sure they are fake from staff members, as I have just returned from there the rooms are a disgrace dirty smelly a health and safety issue in many rooms wall sockets, light switches hanging off puddles in bathrooms hand rails none existent to upper levels in there bungalow, rude staff not at all helpful in fact very ignorant, dirty bedding dirty walls and floors flies squashed on walls smelly outdated furniture on balcony's and around pool food undercooked no air conditioning in any public rooms, tiles broken or missing in and around pools pools not clean , beach has a mountain of smelly sea weed on it restaurant no air conditioning made this a very uncomfortable place to eat even in the cooler parts of the day, i wouldn't put a dog in those conditions this is the truth please don't go here if you choose to ignore my comments and go im pretty sure you will be sorry, we arrived with about 20 or so couples on our coach and I don't know of any of them who didn't have the same issues as ourselves, we changed room 4 times and reluctantly stayed for one night and got a move at a cost to us what a Disgrace Thomas cook you really need to get this place sorted or stop sending good honest people there" please
