Receptionists looked blur when we arrived for check-in (early booking and payment has been made yet NO RECORDS found)~

ODORS when just opened the door~

Whole room is DUSTY especially the cabinet~

The bathroom's lock is SPOILT~

Only 1 towel and 1 toilet roll (unfinished from previous tenants but not a new one) for a double room~

No kettle, cups, shampoo, body wash for a standard hotel~

Wifi is not working at all~

TV can't be watched, unclear scenes for most of the channels~

Feel itchy once covered with the blanket ( suspected unwash), may have DUST MITES~

Found small COCKROACHES ( don't know where they came from )~
