Room condition poor with ants everywhere

Air cond leaking and not working well -no cold air and noisy

Wifi poor

Power point in room not working though there were 2

Staff not friendly and not attentive

No drinking cup/glass in room even though there was a water dispenser out in corridor

Booked a triple room but only one bath towel given and it was torn

Noisy room as it was facing main road directly

Water heater ok but water pressure was very low making it difficult to shower
