Jet Hotel

For the price of a stay at The Best Western Jet Hotel in Milan, I would have expected at least 4 star.

I was going to book to stay at this hotel, but after reading many reviews, and after a friend from Italy called the hotel to confirm that the internet access and Notebook PC were in fact included in the price, I decided to book elsewhere.

The internet connection is apparently under-going an upgrade and is currently unavailable (from other reviews I have read, this has been the case for some time). From what other reviewers have said, the hotel is also in need of a refurbishment (although I can not vouch for this having not stayed there; but the photo's I have seen while looking for more information, do point to this fact).

Disappointing before I even got there!!

If you only require a stop gap to and from Malpensa airport, then this hotel may be worth considering for its convenience, but I would recommend a bit of research before you book; and if you require internet access, I would suggest calling the hotel before booking to confirm that internet access is available.
