Douro Palace Hotel Resort & Spa

We stayed at the Douro Palace Hotel Resort and Spa. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and warm. The food was delicious but at times we felt a lot was given on the plate which we found difficult to finish. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view. We had a garden view from the 3rd floor.

The massages were excellent. We found the spa pool slightly small but everything else around it was very good.

We enjoyed the area because it was quiet and serene but most people might find it too quiet but we just wanted to relax and for us this was the ideal location.

I certainly would recommend it to my friends the hotel and my booking with Fleetway Travel Group.
