Hi Palma Nova Hotel

STAYED HERE IN MID MAY, ROOM AND DECOR VERY DATED, ALL DRINKS SERVED IN PLASTIC CUPS, DAY AND NIGHT, FOOD WAS WARM, NEVER HAD MORE THAN 2 MEALS THERE, I HEARD THAT ANOTHER GUEST HAD SEEN A COCKROACH ON THE FOOD IN THE DINING ROOM AT BREAKFAST TIME, WHEN REPORTED TO THOMAS COOK REP HE CAME BACK SAYING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES HAD CLEANED OUT LOCAL DRAINS AND IT HAD DISTURBED THEN BUT WE HAVE NOW FUMAGATED THE KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM,NIGHT TIME ENTERTAINMENT BASED FOR KIDS MOSTLY, I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS, AND I WOULD NEVER GO BACK EVEN IF I GOT IT FOR FREE,

My wife and I have just returned from the Palmanova hotel in Majorca, on arrival we were given room 314 it was a bit tired but ok until we went on the balcony, it had a huge crack the whole length of it with some of the tiles cracked and raised, my wife was too scared to go on it so the next day we complained and were given a room on the 5th floor, O m g it was huge a suite, it had 3 balconies, 1 on the front overlooking the pool and 2 on the side, the front view was spectacular with panaramic views of the sea, this made our holiday,we would definately pay extra for this room. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, all the staff work very hard. The only downsides were, you had to get up at 6am to get a sunbed because they all had towels on them before 7am, also the kids were allowed to run wild until well after midnight which caused a nuisence but i blame the parents for that. Please have more respect for other guests and surrounding residents. On the whole we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

A clean tidy hotel with great activities for all ages. Food was fresh with a good variety. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again

This hotel is rated 3 star. This is being very generous, it is more like one star accommodation.

Lovely hotel, food was lovely and varied (especially nice desserts)

We went to Greece in June 5* AI cheaper than what we paid to go to the Palma Nova Hotel, well in fact we were moved here cause the hotel we did pay to go into was overbooked. The advantage was I fought like mad to get us a bigger room as we were put in a 2 bed room and they put 4 beds in there. It was a nightmare, be wary pay that little bit extra for a decent room.

The room we did get was a family room and the kids that played with our's thought we were millionaires with the room we had.

Will go back to Majorca but not to this hotel,kids loved it though.
