Hotel Best, Tenerife

Have just returned from staying at the Best Tenerife, the rooms 017 and 018 we were given we're a disgrace, bathroom door was rotten, toilet roll holder lose not fixed properly , walls dirty, had to climb a staircase to get to the bed, staircase had spindle missing a child could easy of fell through. We ask for a different room told there there wasn't one available for two days but if we paid 6.25 euros pppn one was available the next day, we ended up paying £80 per couple for a room which you would expect to be given in the first place. The 6.25 euros pppn was to cover tea facilities in your room and dressing gown and slippers being all inclusive we didn't need either.

Having stayed at this hotel for the past 8yrs standards have dropped, my only regret is having recommended this hotel friends who are staying there later this year . The rooms did not resemble any shown in the holiday broacher or on the hotels website .

Holidayed at the Best Tenerife easter 2010 with my 2 sons (10 & 8) a good hotel situated in a good position in Playa with night life a short stroll away, I can't comment on hotel entertainment as we went out every night.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and I could not fault them, the hotel its self was kept clean and tidy inside and out and the food (we were Half Board) was plentyful with a good selection of hot and cold.

All in all a good holiday experience and I would stay there again.

it was june 2008 this was our third visit to Hotel Best and it was as good as ever it had been refurbished in the hotel and out by the pool area with very high standards we would go back again

Good holiday at Hotel Best, Tenerife, thoroughly enjoyed it. Got basket of fruit and champagne on arrival and a lovely large room. Some guests were all inclusive - we were not given the option by Thomson which was a bit annoying paying for drinks when free to other people.
