Fantastic Hotel To Stay In.
From the day we arrived until we left the service we received was fantasic. The room was clean. It wasn't very big but big enough and comfortable enough for 2 people. We chose all inclusive and are we glad we did. The quality of food was outstanding. Such a varity. Much better than any of the restaurants we ate in through out the week. All the staff in the bar, restaurant and cleaners etc were so pleasant and helpful. The 2 pool areas very spacious and all in all the complex was very well layed out and close to the strip. I will definately return to this hotel, this time not for a week for a week, but for 2 weeks.

Very Disapointing
the hotel was very poorly lit inside and out very dingy. we had to queue from from 7.30 am for the pool which they dont open till 9 am as they dont have enough sunbeds or brollies for the amout of people that stay there , a lot of people had to buy lilos to lie on.they dont have any music round the pool or in the hotel bar day or night.the entertainment is non existent not even from the reps.as for the food well dont get me started on that , we stayed there for 2 weeks and the food that was put out was the same every day very boring, after 4 days of eating the same thing we had enough and had to eat out every day after that. overall i would not rate this hotel above 2 stars.i would definately not go back there EVER and i certainly WOULD NOT recomend it to anyone. my advice save your monet and go somewhere better. MANDY from grimsby

Las Piramides - Dont Bother With The All Inclusive Option!
This is the first year this hotel has offered all inclusive and they just didn't have the facilities or staff to meet customer demand. There were constant queues at the bar for drinks (both day and night) and the entertainment was non existent. We went out every night and spent as much money as we would have if we had gone self catering. There were never enough sunbeds - like several other people we bought lilo's and found a space around the pool to lay on these. The food was very repetitive and a very small choice of dishes. Each night was usually salad, paella, chicken, pork chops, chicken nuggets or fish fingers, chips, pasta and rice. I can honestly say this is the worst AI hotel I have stayed in and I have been on dozens!!!
On a positive note, the rooms were newly refurbished and very spacious, and the location of the hotel was perfect. Just a short walking distance to either Veronica's or the Patch. The Chinese just around the corner is great for supper after a night on the town.

Dear Tilburg 07.11.2010
Dear Tilburg 07.11.2010
I have been robbed in the hotel Las Piramides in Fuengirola on September 14, 2010.
Went for breakfast, put my purse and my camera behind my backpack on the chair.
I'll get 3 meters away tea, come back and my camera bag and is gone - not my bag. 'm Frightened. There were quite a lot of people - including guests - breakfast.
You can expect that it is safe to eat at your hotel.
I have reported to the manager, which would inform the insurance of the hotel.
It stated clearly that my insurance did not have to tell, but that it would.
Is also normal, my things are stolen under her wing at the hotel.
've Registered and given her the police report.
10 Days go but heard nothing.
4 Weeks go but the manager of Hotel Las Piramides is unreachable.
Have tried 6 times to reach her. She is not suddenly, or is too busy.
5 weeks on, the incredible place. They have recorded on my answering machine and evening even called back.
Later this week or end of next week they call me back to see what the insurance of the hotel here with it.
8 weeks but still not heard anything further.
I actually feel doubly robbed.2
So you're not with clients.
Sincerely Nell Maloney
I found this review not helpful because... THIS hotel is not in Fuengirola but on Tenerife. And why leave anything of value unattended? Muppet.

YOU CALL THIS A GOOD HOTEL?.
We Arrived At The Hotel To Be Told We Were In The
We arrived at the hotel to be told we were in the wrong place due to overbooking but then the hotel decided when we asked for proof that there was a water leak that we were never even told about. Some staff were unhelpful towards our enquiries. The bathroom was nearly flooded every time someone had a shower, there was no window in the bathroom, no air con, the bedroom had a window into the corridor with prison bars across it, the bedroom only seemed to get cleaned once.
Some staff seemed reluctant to help. I would never visit again as the hotel is not a 2 or 3 star, it needs serious help and needs immediate assistance.

We Travelled In A Small Group (18, 19, 19) And Boo
We travelled in a small group (18, 19, 19) and booked with Thomsom "freestyle", when we first arrived at the hotel the reception area is a bit dingy but don't let that put you off!
While we were waiting for our rooms to be ready the reps give a welcome talk and try and book you in on all their bar crawls and stuff, we didn't go on any of their trips, as you can do it yourself and not be stuck to them all the time. The reps were alright though. After reading some of the reviews we were a bit apprehensive about the state of the room but when we arrived it was fine! and no cockroaches!
Oh wait the balcony smelt of sick actually but meh! Its not like you spend much time in the room anyway, unless you are asleep! It could have been a bit bigger but that's just being fussy. We were room 1207 by the way. I would recommend this hotel for young groups but not families, it can be loud at night.
The beaches were really nice, sea was warm and apart from the usual lot trying to sell you stuff it was really relaxing! Pool area was alright, only went there once or twice anyway.
The night-life was amazing! I would recommend Anthony's Bar, Oasis, Sound Of Cream, Linakers, Yates, Bonkers and Bobbys! Loads of others too but I cant remember :-p
We went on a bar crawl called "O what a night" which was really good, got to meet lots of nice people! There is a website so just type it in to goggle and check it out!
The Piramides is really central, its close to the beach and bars and restaurants and stuff but far away enough not be be really rowdy. Oh yeah we went to Los Christianos one night which is a bit less crazy if you want a quieter night. Tony Romas Ribs is the best restaurant ever! closely followed by American Dreams.
And do the dolphin and whale spotting boat trip, two hours on a boat for 18euro, bargain!
All in all we had a really good holiday, I would definitely come back to Tenerife!

Very Good Location As Less Than 2 Minutes Walk To
Very good location as less than 2 minutes walk to watever you want ie young adult nighlife or just a relax in a good old fashioned British pub. I ate in different establishments over the 10 nights from English to Chinese and never ate a bad meal so food is not a problem. The rooms in hotel are very basic with no frills but always cleaned and beds changed, the hotel entertainment left a lot to be desired hence why nobody seemed interested in it.

Firstly I Must Stress That Unless You Are About 17
Firstly I must stress that unless you are about 17-25 year old who wants to booze and party all night from 12 midnight til 5.30am then please do NOT stay in this hotel! We have just come back from staying at the Las Piramides Hotel Apartments and our holiday was ruined. Tenerife was lovely, great weather, cheap food, drink, plenty to do everything was perfect. Even the rooms in the hotel were clean and everything you needed, but the 'lager louts' really annoyed me! Both me and my partner had to put up with groups screaming, shouting, singing, fighting, being sick and racing round the corridors ringing peoples bells between 1 and 5 in the morning and I mean EVERY morning. Now I am 23 and don't mind a bit of fun and have had my fair share of clubbing etc. but I came on holiday to relax and couldn't wait to get home to my own bed with no noise. In fact the louts were so intimidating we didn't go to the pool any day as again they were swinging from the balconies with their ghetto blasters trying to show off there latest CD's. It was not just one particular group either, throughout the week groups came and went and they were all the same. The reception at night could here the noise and did not once send anyone up to sort them out. No air conditioning in the rooms so very sweaty uncomfortable nights. All in all a great holiday, just wish we picked a better hotel! You have been warned!
